Great computer have had no issues. Only thing I wish I had checked before hand was keyboard back lighting. It does not have.

I like everything about it except for the tight hold Microsoft had on it. But I managed to make adjustments that allow me to use software not from Microsoft, even replaced Bing with Chrome.

Wonderful computer, does what I need for the price

Had it a little over a month now and I am disappointed in the claimed up to 7 hour battery life. I am getting maybe 2 hours out of mine from using basic emails, spreadsheets and streaming Sirius. I'd be happy with 4.

Very fast operating system, uses Window 11 operating system. Easy to setup and operate, and a pleasure to use. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought a second computer for my wife to use. She likes it very much too!

Runs a little slow loading. Good screen quality. Backlit keyboard and touchscreen features are nice to have.

The problem is more me than the computer. I'm so use to Windows 10 that I am having a hard time finding everything on this computer. It's just going to take a bit of time and working on it to adjust to it. I like how it types and that it has the number keys.

My new hp laptop is doing great! I am enjoying using it and getting everything set up. Look forward to it's dependable service! The one thing I'm working on is better sound and ability to increase the volume better, maybe adding speakers.
