This laptop is exactly what I was looking for. I’m not a gamer and don’t know a lot about technology. I just needed a simple laptop for all of my online needs and this one is perfect. It’s so easy to use! I would definitely recommend this product.

In my personal opinion i can say i like the hp computers. This computer is perfect for my school homework, is fast and has a great capacity on hardrive 1TB for install program that i need, also videogames run perfect because the 4GB on Memory and the Videocard. Now my son is using for his homeschool class, great speakers and camera.

This laptop is fine for my needs. I don't do online gaming or streaming of video, so it works as is. I wouldn't use it for anything much beyond basic internet, email and documents as it is not an extremely quick processor.

The price was right and 1 tb great buy. Easy to navigate. Color awesome

It’s a good entry level computer but if you are looking for speed and performance this is not your laptop. 1tb of storage is great to have but this thing runs so sluggish.

A bit slower than other models I have owned before but not by much. Its still a good laptop to work with for the price. The 1 tb of hard drive space is nice too.

I bought this for my mother after her Chromebook stopped working. All she really needs is internet for Facebook and Candy crush but after explaining that she has access to storage and Microsoft office she has fallen in love with it and has begun doing office work with it.

This is my first laptop. I do have a tablet which I like, but my husband said I should go bigger and better... so here I am with a laptop. I don't get along to well with computers and electronics in general, but this is very nice and easy to use. I'm glad he talked me into this.

great laptop for the price not super fast but will do the job

I purchased this laptop to replace my last one that died. If you buy this laptop do not stay with the window 10 S. When you first start up you have the option to switch to regular windows 10 Home. DO IT! With the windows 10 S, I couldn't change the browser, security software or use my printer because of the S (secure). If the apps aren't in the approved list you can't install any of them. I started with the S on and it took a while to get changed back to just the 10 Home. It was supposed to be easy to change at anytime.... not true for me and many others. I had to go to settings/ recovery/reset PC with save personal files in order to get out of S mode. Other than that it's been a great laptop so far.

I upgraded to this and was blown away at the price. I would recommend this laptop to anyone wanting the best bang for their buck, quick, sleek, and has everything you could want in a laptop. Love it!!!

A little difficult to set up but did it with the help of a more knowledgeable friend. Had to purchase security and software that I needed. Need more practice with windows 10 . Working as expected.

Great laptop, very reasonably priced, very easy to setup.

I purchased three of these laptops for my teens for back to school. So far so good. I did have to uninstall quite a few apps in order to speed up the system. It’s been working fine ever since.

Good for everyday email office and gaming, good price

I purchased this computer for my husband for fantasy football. He doesn't do anything else on it except play poker. The only thing he complains about is it is slower than his other computer.

Lightweight, great resolution and easy to setup and use

Excellent value I use it everyday. I used to work for Best Buy in the digital imaging dept. You are very nice to people who work for you. I miss selling which is what I did all my life.

I'm not used to using a laptop. I have found it very easy to use. Perfect for work. I haven't noticed any issues. I did like the fact that it has a 1TB hard drive. Over all I'm satisfied
