Perfect laptop for me ! Great price. Easy to use !

I normally stick to Dell hardware, but this one literally fit the bag. My daughter had a camera bag with a laptop sleeve and she needed it to fit AND she wanted a DVR drive. HP delivered. PC has been trouble free--she's not a gamer and her use of it is pretty limited, but for the price, we got just what she needed.

Good for the price. Easy to use good storage space

Does what I wanted it to, did not like the abbreviated version of Windows 10 that it started with or that Microsoft tries to force you into getting every program from them as an app

The laptop is a great laptop for the price. It is a bit slow but that was to be expected. This would be a great item for a younger person, perhaps a student beginning with a laptop.

Where I can anything, you get what you pay for with this laptop. I just bought it a few days ago. I like the mouse pad and the feel of the keys but god this is one slow computer. The screen has got nice resolution and is a good size. However, I hope that I can get the ram upgraded so I can get some more operating speed out of it. It would be close to worthless for gaming and barely fast enough for surfing the Internet. But you can’t beat the price, I got it on sale so if you are strapped for cash this is the way to go

This laptop is good for a regular user like me, who is on-line, writes emails, watches movies and does a bit of bookkeeping. It's not for gamers. There are no bells and whistles, but it's got loads of storage, the sound is really nice. the screen is large and resolution clear. It's heavy though.

Taking excel and word class and needed this for homework. It's a great product at a great price. We bought excel and office plus a cordless keyboard all under 500 bucks!

I bought this for a older mother who isn't very savvy. It boots quick, zippy while doing websites, updates are a drag, but i'm not being very critical in this price range. The screen is nice and bright, easy to read, the keyboard is fine, she's been using it every day for a few months with no problems at all. If you need something cheap but not so cheap it's a bother to use, then this laptop is good.

my old Samsung computer with AMD 4 processor was a lot faster than this updated computer. My old computer could pick up WI-FI at a greater distance than my old computer. When I had the geek squad set up computer they did not add an advertiser and within a week I was Spammed big time which totally stopped my computer and I could not use my neighborhood wi-fi so geek squad could work on it so i had to get to a stronger wi-fi and pay Microsoft to fix it. too many problems for a new computer.

While it may not be the fastest, it does what it's supposed to do. I did get out of the Windoes 10S operating system and into the full Windows 10 for work purposes.

Computer has one T of storage, loads quickly, has all the programs I need, is easy to use and had a battery that won't quit. It is everything I need in a lap top.

PC is decent for price, but it is slow and tends to freeze. It wasn't worth the price, but it's good for simple work.

Got open box at a really great price. Was in excellent shape. Will look for open box again. Very pleased with my purchase. Plenty of memory and hard drive. Havn't had a lot of time using it Got it for personal use.

I planed to by another computer and after talking to one of the BestBuy Associates I was convinced to buy this one. I do know about computer so it was not like I did not know anything but I learned a a a lot for BestBuy and ending up getting this one even the it was a little more then the computer I originally intended to buy. I’m glad did computer is absolutely great with so many functions and capabilities. It even talks ( but I turned the off because it got annoying). The set up was a bit tedious because Microsoft kept asking for all these emails and passwords but I prevailed. I would recommend this product.

This is my second HP Laptop. I got another one, because my last one was a real workhorse. Very reliable!!! All of this for a great price. Of course, it does not have all of the bells and whistles of the more expensive machines, but it does everything that I need.

This is a good inexpensive laptop. Able to handle my work load working remotely. Not the fastest machine out there but it gets the job done.

This basic computer for banking, emails etc. non gaming doesn't need 8gb.This computer easily formatted with current computer system and printer.

The 1TTB Hard Drive for the student that may enjoy many task from home work to photography or graphic design. The storage of this laptop will support it. The laptop is rather light weight as well fitting in most backpacks. The battery life is not to bad either

I bought this computer for personal reasons as far as finding jobs and wanting to get back in school. It has been working fine since I got it.
