This was bought as a back to school gift for our 11 year old grandson. He loved it from the second he opened the box. There were (oddly) no complaints and he was thrilled that all of his pictures fit on it. A good choice.

I have enjoyed my new computer. My family says its running a little slow but I can't tell. Its doing what I want it to.

This is the second time I've bought this model HP. The first one was purchased for watching movies on vacation and the screen had cracked on the way there. The second one is for my sin and I immediately bought the padded bag with it. He is rough on computers but it is still in one piece. It has enough speed and memory for basic use and will be needed for use at school this year.

This is a great computer to use if your not doing anything to complicated. I use it to read library books on the kindle app, simple banking, YouTube, shopping and the most taxing thing I go is watch a lot of Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. I don't play games or do anything that requires any computer knowledge, so I don't know if it's good for anything else. It's the perfect size for your lap and I love having the numeric part of the keyboard.

It's a laptop, dummy. It ain't perfect, or all that easy to use, but for the price and size it's certainly adequate.

This laptop I would highly recommend it it’s has a awesome amd duel core processor it has a 1 tb hard drive where you can store anything and it’s very light to carry it’s not like most computers that are bulky and heavy

this computer comes in what is called S-Mode. In S-Mode it will prevent you from downloading google chrome and other apps you may want to use. You can take it out of S-mode but will not be able to put it back in it. This is why it would be a good computer for kids. The S-Mode is helping protect you and your computer. Other than that it is and okay computer just a little slow.

This Win 10 HP laptop is fast and does all you need. It plays CD's in MP3 format flawlessly. Responds to whatever you want in a laptop. Lightweight runs programs without problems. Nice price and in stock at store.

I have had this laptop for less than 24 hours. I bought it because the reviews seemed to show a good laptop, but they were wrong. I am a college student, so most of my assignments are completed online. I attempted to take one of my quizzes on this computer and it froze! Luckily, I have a backup computer or else I would have failed the quiz because it is timed. I then tried to download chrome because I am used to the system, but I had to turn off Safe mode in order to attempt that. The key word is attempt. The download would begin, but would freeze in the middle. To add to the list of many faults, this laptop will not connect to my wifi because it is 5G. This laptop only operates with 2.4G and less. I have tried everything from factory reset to letting it charge overnight. I am now on my way to return it.

Bought the laptop to replace one that has limited use in the home. It was the nearest Best Buy HP laptop to the one that it replaced, All of the laptops I have bought from Best Buy over the years have been HP (except one). Available stock in its overall range was adequate. The service in store was very good. I rated it 4/5 only because it not a system with all the bells and whistles and it is performing at (not necessarily above) the expected level.

Great laptop Cant open Nikon RAW program, I use laptop to review and store photos, lots of room for that.

For the price it's great but if I could change one thing would be the hard drive.
