I decided to buy this model after hours and hours of research on it. I compared prices and features. I wanted a laptop with Bluetooth and backlit keyboard capabilities, which this model was advertised to have and when I opened the package was very disappointed to learn it really didn’t have ANY of those features. I even researched online to see if it may have been lacking a driver or something because the specifications ON this page state so..what is up with that? Besides the computer getting stuck at ‘not responding’ with every single click, brand new computer that I am just turning on now. Now way. Returning.

I have enjoyed having my new and first laptop from HP

I recently bought this laptop to replace my old one since it was having lots of malfunctions (it was an older laptop). But this one works well, great speed. Lots of space for saving. And the color is fabulous!

This is now my grab and go laptop for on the road travel. Even when I take my big Alienware with me, I have this one as my general purpose computer AND it is in the most awesome color on earth...PURPLE

Overall this computer is great, it meets my needs. It runs slow at times. This was a good purchase.

I'm always iffy about buying a new bit of technology because I'm fairly terrible at understanding what I actually need. After taking a few weeks to decide and talking to someone in the store, I decided to order this. The computer itself is a lovely color, it's easy to use and set up. It has everything I needed to have in it for work. Glad I bought it.

Replaces a 9 year old 17.3" Gateway. Use for Microsoft Works, Quicken and internet. Works great for these, I use a 24" monitor so screen size is not a concern. Love the color, Pale Mint. Not a gamer so can't comment on that.

No backlit keypad when description said it had one.

Bought for my daughter for senior year. Wish had done it sooner. Received in 2 days. She loved the rose gold finish. Easy to setup. Even easier to use. All apps she needed for school were already there

I purchased this last year to replace one seven years old. So far, it meets my needs

The laptop is a little slow. It takes a few tries to turn on. Considering how little memory it has, it works pretty well. It would be much better if the keyboard lit up.

I baught this computer for my daughter in college and she loves it

I ordered this laptop after looking at many other hp laptops. And considering my money at the time I thought this would be the best fit. While it does work with no issue, there is one thing that offset me a little. In the specs on here it says the laptop has a backlit keyboard. This was something I specifically made sure the laptop I was buying had since I happen to use my laptop in the dark a lot. Well to my disappointment it does not have a backlit keyboard nor does it even have a button for it.. which is very upsetting since I purposely checked to see if it did have one. They should really remove that from the specs. Other than that, you get what you pay for. It is a decent laptop.
