    The saleswoman that helped me was very nice and helpful. She made the process smooth and enjoyable. The laptop that I bought works wonderful at this point (I've only had it for about 3 weeks). I was a little nervous about buying a laptop through Best Buy because of past experience (about 14 years ago) of getting a defective laptop and Best Buy not assisting me in fixing the problem. This time my laptop works.
