    the laptop came in early. customer service was quick and easy, picked up in store no problems. this was refurbished and the mouse button in the middle of the keyboard was loose, easy fix with some super glue (do not close laptop until glue dries). windows was not activated as specified, but again easy fix. only downside is you have to wait until mon-fri, no weekend help. all in all, i'm very pleased with the product and price and quick, easy customer service.
