The unit looked as good as new right out of the box. What was nice was the reinstalled OS was free of all the HP bloatware! Runs great but this is a heavy computer with a power supply almost as big as the computer! Slight exaggeration but not by much. But as a stationary or desktop replacement, it's a good deal.

I needed something powerful yet adorable to run the laser cutter at my audio shop . The battery pack does not hold a charge for very long but we have plugged in most of the time so that doesn’t matter. The power supply is HUGE I’m so glad I don’t have to lug that around in a laptop bag ( that would definitely be a deal breaker is I need to use this laptop on the road .

Purchased the laptop thinking it would come some what as stated in the description. I received the computer with the correct ssd, ram, and processor but laptop had an aftermarket replacement screen/ hard back. I decided to keep it to try out and ran out of returnable days. Computer works great but screen is less bright and can definitely tell it is not original specs. The back side is also not as what it looks in the pictures. Also computer did not come with the correct cover for the sd slot it is a cheap aftermarket replacement. Next time please send better quality “refurbished” item.

Runs fine, no issues with that. However, the description failed to disclose that the power brick weighs like 40 pounds. It is huge! Twice the weight of the laptop itself, which is already really heavy. Would not recommend.
