    Everything works and was delivered in perfect condition. I upgraded to some higher quality specifications, but this laptop performs exactly as I wanted, for photoshop and CAD. The dual screen makes looking up information whilst working an easier task, or looking at email or accounts while I continue to work. The customization features are pretty cool also. All in all this is a great laptop, and I'd definitely recommend it for gamers, professionals, and multi-taskers.

    Once I had opened it and started using it, the laptop was great. However over time with updates and overheating issues. I was not impressed with the laptop. It was great but the second screen started having it's own problems. I could not keep it from not working and always attempted to keep drivers updated but it was the new drivers causing the problem for me. It was great but that happened more times than one. I ended up returning it.
