This laptop was purchased under $300 just before Black Friday. Based on the spec (AMD APU A10 processor, 6 GB RAM, 1TB memory) this is a great value PC. I've only had this laptop for a few weeks and so far it exceeds expectation. An A10 processor is equivalent to an Intel Core i5 which you won't be able to buy a PC with it at this price. With plenty of memory and a touch screen to boot, it is truly a great value. An AMD processor will likely run slightly hotter, but you won't notice it unless you put a thermometer to it. One key difference is the integrated graphics chip. It is much more powerful than the equivalent in an Intel Core i5. If you use your laptop for gaming, this is a low budget PC for you. Other positive features of this laptop is the relative light weight and thin body. Given the thin body, I was surprised that it also included a super drive (DVD-RW drive). Standard ports include 3 USBs, HDMI, LAN, and an SD memory slot. While everything written here suggests a great buy, the true test will be its long term reliability. I've had plenty of laptops that last no more than two years even with just moderate use. We'll see how long this one will last. I did have good luck with a low end HP Intel Pentium based laptop (model 2000) that is still going strong after 6 years of heavy daily use!

I purchased this laptop approximately a year ago for my Grandson. It was to be his first computer. I wanted him to have touchscreen capabilities and a strong enough to computer to play the games he loves as well as streaming videos etc. As a 5 year old boy, he is hard on things and fortunately this laptop has suffered quite a bit of abuse. It is still functioning as it should. He uses it daily. For the money, I can not think of more value for the money I spent. My grandson is still very happy with his laptop, too.

This is by far an excellent laptop for price. With one TB of storage, touchscreen, and only one faster processor ahead of it, it's a deal that can't be beat. Will run video beautifully and screen works well. Takes some getting used to Windows 10 when you've been all Samsung for a couple of years.

I was wanting a Touch Screen Laptop, and this HP fit the bill to a tee ! The AMD processor is FAST, and it comes with 6GB of Memory and a 1TB drive as well ! I LOVE the Touch Screen feature, and I got it on SALE in a Bundle which included a wireless Mouse, a Carry case, an 8G USB Drive, and a FREE year of Office 365 and Kaspersky AntiVirus too !

If the battery lasted longer than 2 hours, I'd give this laptop 5 stars. But it doesn't, so there you are. Screen is bright and clear, love the 15.6 size. Getting used to having a separate number pad again, overall keyboard is great. Have had a couple of Win10 crashes, would recommend that you do all of the updates as quickly as possible to get potential issues out of the way. I'm looking for a replacement battery that will last longer.

For the amount of storage and memory it's a great deal. I personally don't care for this type of keyboard though. It has taken a little getting used to the Windows 10 platform since I was using Windows 7. Just be sure you are willing to use Windows 10 because you can't change back to Windows 7. This computer won't accept it.

So I bought this computer for school. I use a lot of complex programs and usually have several windows open at once. I switched over to this from a macbook air. I will never go back to a crapbook air. It is a huge improvement. I've had the computer freeze up a couple of times but when I turn it back on my work is saved and I can my windows reopen. I like this computer a lot. It's pretty fast, has a lot of storage, and is user friendly. Downfalls include that it makes a weird noise when it's on and it gets warm. Another downfall is that the mouse pad buttons kind of suck, they are hard to press! Other than those few complaints I love the computer, it's great for typing papers because I am not a very frequent saver so if the the computer freezes most of my work reappears. It's something to do with word on this computer that my old mac didn't have.

Bought this laptop for my mother who needed a computer for basic use only. She needed a laptop to read and send emails and browse the internet and create the occasional word document. This is perfect for her and she loves the touch screen. The price couldn't be beat!

I really liked this laptop especially the touch screen feature because it felt interactive. My biggest issue was that two weeks into use it had a software issue with Windows, so frustrating.

Great computer for my college freshman. Lots of storage. Responsive touch screen with easy set up. The bundle was a great deal.

I wanted a Laptop for a LONG time, and finally got a GREAT one in a BUNDLE which gave me ALL the extras I would need to get the most from my Laptop. This HP Laptop has great features, a Touch screen and lots of memory, both RAM and HD ! A really SWEET DEAL !

Great little touch screen computer that allows me to do the basics (email, word processing, etc) as well as edit photos in photoshop (not included). It's fast and I love being able to use the touch screen when needed. Definitely worth the price.

I took my previous laptop in for a repair as it was running slow. It was recommended that I replace rather than repair. This laptop happen to be part of a bundle 2 weeks prior to Black Friday. I really wanted to wait to see if I could get a better deal, but after speaking to several people-I realized that it was a good deal Black Friday or not! So without doing any research I took the plunge as I needed a laptop for everyday use & my small biz. When I got home I did do research & read all the reviews. I was happy w/my purchase and after having all my data transferred over it works like a charm! I save A LOT of data on my laptops-so I am looking for ward to the 1 T of storage!

I love this computer and the touch screen feature. The only problem I've had is that it is slow at times.

I bought this for my son to have as a first computer. It works well for his school, and gaming. It was an inexpensive purchase that should last for a few years.

Has everything you need going of to college. Easy to navigate and come with many installed programs. A great product for its' pricepoint.

Got this deal right before Christmas came with bag, mouse and antivirus also has 15.1 inch screen with touch screen for under $400.00.
