Needed a new laptop for homeschooling my sons :-( it very fast and can run multiple programs/apps at one time without issue. I like the touch screen, it's responsive. The kids really appreciate the touch screen, as everything they use nowadays has one. Good mid-range laptop. I would get another one if I needed it.

I recently purchased two of these HP laptops for both my wife and I. Very easy setup and WOW they are fast - getting nearly 200MBPS with Wi-Fi. That's usually a hard-wired speed for us. For the price point, we couldn't be happier And a big shout out to our local store for a quick and painless curb side pick up.

I needed a last minute laptop for working at home and this one was everything I needed. So far it’s performance it’s great and the one thing is the battery life wish it was a little better but I’m enjoying using this laptop for work and personal things.

I have used this for about a month or better and I found that it is easy to use and set up It was not a mistake of taking this computer I only have one bad problem and that is this S Mode that you can’t get other apps except from Microsoft Store choose not to put any computer in S Mode and its great

This computer is light and fast! I love that I can use the mouse pad or the touch screen interchangeably. My wife uses it to do company business on the go and needed a reliable computer that could boot up and load her company interface at a moment's notice. This lap top ticks all of the boxes.

This is my 2nd HP lappy now, the first still in splendid duty. I tend to dbl-operate, dedicating certain Pgms & Apps to each one, for max performance. This is my 1st venture into HD and CD-free operation, and so far in this early process- this lappy has had nearly zero problems. I've moved to HP after years of happy dedicated Samsung ownership, and HP models have not let me down yet. This particular model has silver keys, which is only an adjustment due to harder work to see certain keys (however I type by touch). The keys function silently and respond well to my touch. The touch-screen feature is new to me, and I like it but still run more "old-skool" with a mouse. Only 2 USB ports is a bit of a struggle, but there's an SD card which makes up for it somewhat. I give it 4 of 5 stars. Mostly very happy with this model.

I shopped around for a mid spec laptop and this HP laptop really delivers. I like the smooth satin silver look. Battery live is above average. Speakers are loud enough. Keyboard has a numeric keypad which makes it easier to type in numbers of filling out applications. Touchscreen is definitely a plus! Turning on and off is super fast and the AMD Ryzen 5 processor is super fast. Laptop is quiet and doesn't get too hot. The only real downside to this HP laptop is the screen resolution; at 768 is very poor. I was expecting a beautiful 1080 HD screen but this 768 resolution makes it look like my older laptop I had before this one. I also bought a wireless HP X4000 mouse and it works perfect with this laptop. Overall is a very good buy if you don't mind a dull low resolution screen.

I ordered this laptop online without seeing it in person first, which I never would normally do. But I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did ! It’s got all kinds of cool features on it and I really like the way the keyboard feels. I’m super picky about how keys feel, I don’t like them to be super flat. It feels like a good, solid laptop. The size is great for mobility and the touchscreen is very accurate and feels solid. Overall, no complaints from me and I’d recommend this product to a family member or friend !

Impressively fast. Almost instant boot up and shut down. Responsive touchscreen. Keyboard a little difficult to see in the evening.. But otherwise an amazing machine. Very happy I made this choice.

Needed a new computer for personal use. This was inexpensive and has everything I need. Only downside is hard drive space. But all in all worth the price.

Purchased for my 13 year old son who is a budding illustrator. The computer was an excellent deal in terms of bang for the buck when we bought it at the sale price. What he likes about it is the touch screen, the multi tasking ability, and the fact that it has fast basic web and program use capability with the solid state drive. He's already outgrowing the video card (no dedicated card, which we knew would be an issue but was not possible at this price point) and the resolution of the screen is just okay. The touch sensitivity and accuracy with his pen is excellent for the price. Do be careful if you purchase a pen as passive pens do not work with this screen.

this is a pretty nice laptop ,i love the design light weight ,super fast and a good price. i always straggle with my desktop ,but we this laptop everything is more easy and super fast also comes with Ryzen 5 super fast and the 12gb memory great win

This laptop is a good computer to complement a desktop. I recommend getting a small ssd external hard drive to increase storage memory. Battery life hasn’t been as good as I hoped but it is acceptable.

Easy to set up, sleek design. The touch screen is great. My only issue is that it has shut down three times since purchase with an overheat message. It reboots and runs fine, but that is worrisome.

Slim, light, fast, with enough memory for the daily life. Storage size is okay, more would be better but would increase the price. External storage and/or cloud can compensate that"deficit" easily. The only "con" is that 2 USB are bit "slim"

Love the touch screen and the slim look but battery could be better. Does not have too big screen so I do not get the battery dying after few hours of use. Otherwise no problems. Great and fast!

I love this computer for the money it’s super fast user friendly and lightweight. The touch screen is a really cool option too. I bought this for at home use and zoom meetings with friends. You can’t go wrong with this one for around $500

just what I needed in a laptop. Easy to use and my son loves playing his games on it too. Great for soemome who doesn't do a ton of gaming and just wants a laptop to browse and blog.

The speed and power are an excellent team. I like the visual quality of screen images. My experience using Zoom has been enhanced using this device. The overall appearance of this computer is attractive. However, the keys should be a contrasting color to the body of the computer. Also, the keys need to be firmer to the touch. Lights that indicate Caps Lock, and Num Lock features have been engaged would be an improvement. I have had some problems maintaining a wireless connection to the internet. I am uncertain if this problem is directly linked to the computer, or the fault of my internet provider [weak signal]. This problem seems to occur late at night. I have had a few incidents of my computer shutting down to prevent over heating. A cooling pad, some other form of air flow should solve this problem.

My sister purchased the laptop for my son for graduation gift. He loves it. She's about to start a program in a couple weeks and it really came in handy. He likes the touch screen in the lightness and the fact that it's really fast.
