    I have had soooo many issues with microsoft S issues that we asked about when we purchased this laptop. Was told I could easily uninstall it. NOT TRUE! Thank goodness for Ruben on the GeekSquad. He prevented me from returning the product or throwing through my window.

    Average laptop a bit overpriced. The performance is satisfactory and it does everything it should. Office and web based applications are running reasonably fast. Just the overall quality is lacking. Wouldn’t recommend this product, at least not for this price.
