    We purchased this for virtual learning for my son. Unfortunately, his excitement lasted 20 minutes as during the set up we noticed a key had broken off. We had to returned we knew this was made cheaply and would not even last the remainder of the school specially because we did not purchase a geek squad insurance because the cost is twice as much as other retailers. We were big fans of HP this was the third disappointment in a row. In my college days hp computers were very durable and reliable now the quality is not good at all.
