I'm just going to take it to my brother in-law who is in IT to finish setting it up. *I called twice for assistance and that was a bust. Too bad because I really expected a better experience. Bummer.

Disappointed

The spacebar is not sensitive enough. Previous reviews complained about the letters not being visible enough, so I ignored a lot of the negativity, because I learned not to look at the letters. But it has a really weak wifi antennae, so it does not pick-up wifi very well, and drops video calls easily (even if in the same room as the router). Overheats easily and operates very slowly. The only good thing is that the speakers are definitely better than both of my previous two laptops (I had a sony vaio from 2011-2016, and a Dell from (2017, until this summer). I liked both of those for different reasons.
