I had to return this laptop because it overheated a few days of owning it. I had only downloaded zoom and it kept turning itself off due to it overheating. The fan was so loud it felt like I had to shout on zoom.

The computer is fine for the price. I do think it is slow and a bit difficult to use without a mouse. The mouse helps a lot. This computer comes in S-Mode so you do not have to purchase malware protection.

Since the keyboard is in silver color, cannot see the letters and numbers very well due to reflection of light. Somehow the laptop cannot detect my cellphone via usb cable and keep making beep beep sounds.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who is only 10 years old she uses it for school but also to play Roblox she loves the laptop and I do too because she can use it until high school or even college.

I did not like this item i used it 1 - 1/2 days I ended up returning it to dealer 1. the unit constantly overheated and shut down 2 the printing on the keys were light sliver on a silver keyboard making it very hard to see even in bright light I have HP's and was not satisfied overall with this unit

Good laptop for the price. The mic is not the greatest you need to be facing at it the whole time in other to get your voice.

We did not get all software purchased and the transfer of data by Geek Squad was NOT completed as promised. Believe GeekSquad will make good if/when we are able to make an appointment.

Boot up is fast and with the specs, the purchase was a good buy. Only thing I don’t like is the power button. I have to click on the power button for more than a second to turn on.

I purchased this laptop on 05/11/2020 and this computer has over heated on me over 10 times in less than 2 months, I have only used this computer for internet explorer and Microsoft word.... It crashes in the middle of typing a report due to overheating. Tried reaching out to Best Buy, but since I'm out of the 15 days i can not return... A computer over $600.00 should not over heat when using simple applications.

THE COOLING FAN MUCH TOO LOUD CAN NOT ADJUST THE SOUND. IT DEFINITELY NEEDS BACK LIGHTING FOR KEYBOARD. BATTERY DOESN'T LAST LONG.

sleek design, however, kind of pricey, the key board does not light up, for that price it should, and the print on the keys is faint. Does not stay charged that long.

Everything seemed OK, but when I got home I could not get on the Internet. I will have to go back to Best Buy on Sunday, and see if Geek Squad can fix problem.

I can't really tell because best buy has been so busy with long wait times I haven't been able to use my laptop yet. I'll come back next week to give an update.
