The laptop as a whole works well but the microphone installed is HORRIBLE. Really defeats the purpose of the purchase in a world ran by Zoom...

Computer shuts down regularly with the system error “overheating”. When I feel the computer, I don’t feel any heat.

The lettering on the keys need to be darker. It is very touchy even though I've turned the sensitivity low as possible. I wish I had gotten more memory.

I didn’t install anything (programs, games) and still stopped working a couple of times, I bought It because the RAM and processor but no worth the price.

Laptop worked fine for about 4 months until it started kicking us out and getting extremely hot & overheating. Had to send back to Manufacturer for repair and have now been delayed twice w/a date in which we should receive it back. Mind you, this was purchased during the Spring for my Son to use for remote learning so he is now without his computer for school.

The computer kept powering down. It was running hot for no reason at all, I even bought a fan gaming board.

Tried four different times to get help from Geek Squad with little success. Have an appointment to bring the lap top in to get software installed.

The first month this computer worked great, after that I noticed some very slight defects. Such as the keys wouldn't type at times as if the keyboard and the system had a delay, but it still work and I was able to get my job done. However, after a day of teaching, I obtained my laptop from its laptop bag and the keyboard would not work at all. I have it password protected, so, I couldn't access anything. I've only had it since may.

Received but screen was cracked. Disappointed i wasn't able to use it. Returning to reorder again. Can't say if i would recommend at this time.

The size and weight of this laptop is good. The clarity of the screen is disappointing. Never had a laptop with this grainy screen clarity.

It simply stopped working...and I can hear a sound of a fan inside. I bought this only one month ago.

My work laptop broke while in Florida taking care of my terminally ill mom, I picked up the laptop from Best Buy, got it home and the period key was not attached; will not stay on. Unfortunately, I did not have time to take the computer back to the store because I was flying home the next day; and the store was not open due to covid. Now I am stuck with a broken computer until I can purchase a new one; it is very frustrating.

It has a very loud fan and i do like the screen resolution but it gets the job done for the price.

Bought this for laptop gaming and it was not what I expected. You have to keep settings at low in most games. I wouldn’t recommend it

I thought a laptop would be more versatile than it is. I am much more comfortable at a desk top a mouse. I find it cumbersome.

The laptop goes into sleep mode without being requested. Also goes into sleep mode while I am using the laptop. Creepy!

This laptop would have been great but it doesn’t let me switch out of s mode. I can’t download anything that I need to which is the whole reason I got this laptop. Whenever I try to switch out of s mode it says “Try again later something went wrong on our end” if I could get out of s mode, this would have been a good laptop

Color of letters/numbers against key color is sometimes hard to see. Have had to purchase external keypad to function.
