Drained so quickly

Lousy webcam

I purchased this laptop for the main purpose of remote instruction with my college classes, using Zoom. The quality of the webcam image was horrible.

Ok laptop

It has been a nightmare to switch out of it. I do not understand why they would sell a laptop and leave the S-mode on. I expect to get a product with a working window as a minimum. This is a limited computer, and trying to get an appointment for Geek Squad 2 weeks out.

It has shut down 3 times in 1 month without any re

I tried to return it or change it but the return policy is just 15 days. So Best Buy did’t received it. Now I’m dealing with HP , which is very difficult, So disappointed.
