I am not a technology person. This computer is very easy for me to use and I love that it is touch screen. So far I haven't found any problems with it. I use it mostly for my online college courses.

I needed an affordable computer that would get my son through high school with enough storage and have enough processor speed for online games such as Mind craft. This one seems to do the trick!

I have bought HP products for many years. I am typing this on a 6 year old HP laptop that is still working great. Last Christmas my daughter wanted a new computer, and her choice was ASUS. What a mistake. The thing broke after only a month and support from ASUS was awful. In addition to bad support, the product only took their proprietary charger which was twice as much as other suppliers. But enough about ASUS. HP has always had quality products and this is no exception. My daughter loves it and uses it daily. My only knock is on Best Buy. I got the support contract in case my daughter broke the computer or in case anything failed. Sure enough, she somehow broke the screen. I took it to the Geek Squad and apparently they don't do any on site repairs. The sent it to a repair center back east and after over 8 weeks, they decided it needed to be replaced. I went and picked up the new one only to be told that the coverage had been used up to replace the computer and if I wanted protection on the new one, I had to buy another plan. Since the replacement cost is almost the same as buying a new computer, it is not worth it. You are better off NOT getting a support plan from Best Buy. I something breaks, take it to a local service guy who will probably be able to fix it for less than the price of replacement. In case it isn't clear, Best Buy's support plans suck!!!!!! I went to best buy so I could touch and feel the product, which I like to do with certain things. You want to feel if the computer feels like cheap plastic. My suggestion would be go to Best Buy to touch and feel and then go buy it on line.

I like this computer. It is light weight and has a decent sized screen. It does run fast and downloads quickly even with wifi. The downside is short battery life, a glitch where finger pad and touchscreen are unable to work. This is only a momentary inconvenience but it's enough to make you feel like you overpaid. The speakers are also not the greatest. Overall it's a fair buy but the "bells and whistles" seemed like an afterthought.

This laptop is really something else. It a low/mid scale laptop with a kick. Once you cleanup all the junk-ware and configure all the settings to run as efficient as possible, this laptop will do the job you need done. Side-note, I can play World of Warcraft pretty solid with 70-85 fps. I'm happy with this laptop and Windows 10.

Light weight. Easy to use. I'm not all that computer savvy. ..that's why this lop top was for me!

I love everything about it! I would have given it 5 stars if the keyboard had a back light. But overall it's great and has a lot of space for me as a college student!

It is fast and easy to use. The laptop is both touch screen and keyboard. It is good for what we use it for.

This computer is about ten times faster than my old computer, vibrant color and has a touch screen that I am learning saves me a lot of time over hunting down my cursor and using a touch pad.

I would give it five stars but I have had to exchange out the device twice for malfunctioning. But other than that, it's a great computer for me needs. The processor is super fast for my photo-editing software as well as video editing software. Love the ability to use the touchscreen on it as well. Windows 10 is a need added feature too!!!

I purchased this laptop for my daughter who was heading to college this summer. The price is good and it performs great! She loves the laptop! I'm thinking about purchasing one for myself!

Good speed, storage capacity and screen clarity. Sturdy case with good touch on the keyboard.

Like every new MS software version change it takes some getting used to but do like the touch screen. I found that MS Edge to be vulnerable to malware in the first week even with the McAfee anti-virus software that came pre-installed. Get the Geek Squad coverage as it was a life saver. I have chosen to download other web browsers and another anti-virus software so hopefully it will not repeat my 1st weeks experience.

I did some research prior to my selection of this laptop, and I was (and still am) impressed by my purchase. I really like the touchscreen, I think that is a very neat feature. Depending on what you are doing, the battery life is pretty decent, and the processing speed is awesome. The multiple USB ports, HDMI port and CD/DVD drive/burner are also nice touches. Mouse pad works nicely, too. One con however: it would be nice if the keyboard had a light up feature. It can be difficult to see it in the dark. Otherwise I enjoy it!

PC had glitches out of the box. No help from Best Buy, and HP tech support is not helpful. They actually wanted to charge for a disc to fix the PC, leaving me with 3 questions. Why not offer a download? Why try to charge for something to repair a brand new PC that is under warranty? Who wants to argue with tech support? Not me. Even is this machine is corrected, I will actively avoid HP in the future.

I really enjoy my new laptop.. It is what I was looking for and at a great price. Love the touch screen and all the special programs that come with it. Really a great buy at this price.

Easy to use. Plenty of memory. Camera and CD/DVD drive are big keys. Touch screen is cool!
