My daughter was looking for a computer that wasn't too big, but wanted to do a little bit of everything on it.. This computer was perfect and not too expensive.

Good laptop for my needs. Like the touchscreen option. It works quickly, downloads are smooth and quick. Thought I would like the number pad on the right, but wish I didn't have it. It makes the rest of keyboard off center and then typing is off. If you don't run numbers, or do grades, try one without the number pad. It does have a low quality feel and the keys click a lot when typing which makes it feel and sound cheap. It suits my needs....presenting via projection...nothing flashy, so this one is good. Traveling will be a challenge since it is 15 inches and is a bit bulky for carryons that I use. Good value for the product, hopefully it will last and travel well

This laptop was an easy choice for me and my wife. I like the keyboard and so many of its features. It's simple to use and logging on is very easy! There's adequate memory and disk space for all my files and the system runs most tasks pretty quickly! I'm used to more powerful computers from my work in high tech, but this one seems to have everything I need to be productive! I recommend it!

I like because this looks great, works great, good camera, fast, 1 TB memory. Thinks quickly works fast, beautiful shape, easy to handle and easy to use and carry every where. I love my computer. Thank you

This is not the laptop that I originally wanted, but I've stuck with it for better or worse. I was returning a laptop that I was pretty disappointed in and was going to purchase a laptop through Sam's Club, but the sales associate at Best Buy convinced me to upgrade. I do like the laptop, and although I was somewhat put off on the price (I'm a poor collage student who's incredibly cheep) it has done its job. It can be incredibly fast when it wants to be, although every once in awhile it will slow down. I know it's not the internet because I'll hop on my boyfriend's computer and it'll be really fast, or I'll pull up my phone and it'll be just fine. Other than the few spots of it running slow, I love the fact that it's touch screen. I love the layout. The fact that I can edit photos has been mind-blowing. Although I'm was only originally using the laptop for Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube, I've definitely expanded on what I use it for. I do really like the laptop, however if you've got the money I would go for something with a faster processor. Although it was a huge upgrade from the laptop I had purchased before, it being fast was really the only requirement, and it only hitting the mark most of the time instead of all of the time can be pretty frustrating (like 95% of the time it's awesome, so don't think too much on it).

Needed laptop that had what I needed to run my business applications. This was well priced and very easy to set up. So far has handled the uploading of multiple applications with no problem and has everything I need to work and keep in touch with all my business contacts.

To be honest, I'm not a computer guy and this was the first new laptop I have purchased is several years, but I absolutely love it! Super light, fast processing, large hard drive, clean graphics and all the ports I could ever want! The touchscreen is also a nice touch. I got mine on sale with the Xbox One bundle and saved a small fortune. Thank you, Best Buy!

My 1st purchase of this had a power problem. Press power button but wouldn't come up. Plug it in a few minutes and it would. Returned no problem and thats whats great about BestBuy. 2nd one works well. Touch screen im still getting used to. Plenty of storage but may swap it for some 480gbSSD. Wifi quick enough, does what my comcast can throw at it. Smooth Netflix and YouTube. Very thin and light but battery time can't be good as it is SO small. Haven't tried it though. Screen color is very nice. I thought an intel i5 would do better but it may be the 1tb disk. All in all I'm very pleased. It does what i want and I'd recommend it. Ed

Fast, great storage capabilities, and user friendly. This is a perfect computer to give/have for all college needs. Entertainment, school work, etc.

This laptop is very lightweight but sturdy enough that you don't feel like it will break in your hands. It functions nicely for most standard uses and applications. I have not tried any games but it should handle well. Highly recommended at this price for medium usage needs.

My laptop broke and I needed a new computer. I got this mid priced and have been pleasantly surprised by the touch screen Intel I5 dual processor and amount of memory 6GB plus even Windows 10. ( still learning how to navigate Windows 10)

I got this Laptop along with Office 365 for my stepson to take to college. So far it is good to go; we have had no problems. It's easy to use, light and simple to carry around campus. He pretty much uses it as a word processor and social communication in conjunction with his smart phone. Pretty good Laptop at a decent price; I would recommend this to other students.

this is everything I need. fast, ease of use for a non tech person, the screen nice and sharp. downloads are quick. Had about a month, very satisfied. I have had good luck with HP products.

My old HP laptop died so went to best buy for a replacement. I like the speed of the new laptop, more than ample storage, easy to setup and very easy moving old files

Great product. Easy to use and navigate with responsive touch screen. Lightweight and slim. High performance tools and menus. Battery life and storage are good.

I really wanted to try the touchscreen feature which is cool, the battery life isnt the greatest, its not the fastest, kinda slow at times, crashed twice and so far no other issues. I mainly bought for uploading my pics and videos and so far I haven't reached full capacity. I might switch for a tablet and buy an external drive

Fast and easy to use computer. Lightweight. Great screen. Upgrade for high school student.

This laptop is decent in most specifications although my only complaint would be that the network card really only works well while plugged into the ethernet jack, the wifi receiver is really bad it will loose connection with the wifi signals in frequent and random intervals. Another little gripe is it has no dedicated graphics card meaning if you are going to use this for gaming you will have to set the graphics settings to low for most games except older games. If you are going to be using this laptop for word processing or browsing then this is your computer although you may get frustrated at the random wifi signal losses, but if you plan on using it for gaming this wont be for you.

Works great. Very light. Very fast. Windows 10 takes some getting used to, especially with the touch screen. Battery seems to last quite a long time. Would buy this model again. So far, so good.

This laptop meets all the basic needs I was looking for. Great price.
