This is a best laptop at this price, I am a moderate user on a personal laptop as mostly I use official one, but when started using this product its smooth and quite good for a normal user, have all touch screen, SSD, good RAM.. good product overall.

I needed a laptop for browsing the internet, usung Microsoft Word/Excel, something not too bulky or complex, easy to tote around and affordable price. This HP had it all. Very good for those on a budget, people who need an easy to use laptop, or college students.

Love the touchscreen,battery life is good use for days before plugging in.

Great value for the money. The finish is not as nice as some other laptops in this class. But it's not awful either. Does feel plastic though. Solid-state drive and 8gb memory make this laptop super fast. I bought several laptops with similar specs for our office. This one seemed the lowest quality when it comes to the finish. However, it's a good buy if it's on sale.

Light weight and easy to use. Didn't realize it didn't have a DVD drive.

This laptop is so nice my wife stole it from me and is now using it to WFH five full days per week. It is quiet, light, great battery life... it’s a great deck! Only criticism is that the keyboard is a little noisy, but that seems to only be a problem when I use it :)

The HP Laptop is a great Beginners Laptop. It can handle some games but works really good at daily computing. Would have liked a larger SSD but added flash card and that helps with storing files. Great response to touch screen. I really like the 10 key on the side next to the keyboard.

This laptop is 100% worth the money... it's very fast, lightweight and the ssd keeps load times down significantly. If you are looking at this laptop, don't hesitate to buy it!

My wife wanted a laptop that was capable of being used for working from home yet, fast enough to get the job done quickly. We chose this laptop for it's processor and memory combination. She now enjoys getting her work done quickly so she can have time to play a little too.

The screen colors are sharp and the keyboard is large enough for my hands. I was surprised to discover there wasn’t a drive for my programs on disk. The external drive works well. The fact that there are only two slots for plug-ins storage devices is not convenient.

I'm still getting used to it but learning to love it. Know it will take a little time as I'm not a techie. It's lighter weight than my old one but has more 'bells and whistles', I enjoy playing games, checking my emails and Facebook as well as using Word.

I got this laptop for my wife. Her old laptop did not have a touch screen and she needed something that was easier to use, so I decided on this one with a touch screen and solid state drive. I like it, but my wife is still getting used to how it functions.

I am very happy with my HP laptop. I had to buy extra ports, but that was only an extra $12. Love the calculator keyboard component. Still getting use to the "keyboard touch", but I dont' think that will be a problem. The windows software, however, leaves a bit to be desired.

I needed a PC for certain programs that only run on windows, and this touchscreen is amazing. It's still hard to get used to just touching the screen after using a mouse forever. It is super convenient, and I highly recommend.

Overall a good computer for normal everyday tasks. Touch screen is a nice additional didn't think I would care much about it. I would recommend purchasing this everyday use for browsing the web and light weight games.

I’m not a tech-y person so please take this review with a grain of salt. The laptop is easy to use, lightweight, with a bigger screen. I Like it but with one complaint. Why isn’t the mouse centered? Is this normal? It’s rather annoying. I’m always accidentally right clicking things. I didn’t think I’d use the touch screen feature as much as I have but find myself doing just that. Perhaps it’s because it’s faster than accidentally right clicking everything. Battery life is okay/good not the “wow!” I was going for.

While I have never owned an HP Laptop, I have to say that I am very happy with the ease of setting it up, the size and the performance so far. This laptop is not necessarily a business workhorse but a supplement work item that I can carry with me into a client's office and be confident my presentation is intact and ready to go. This laptop would be perfect for a student that needs research and writing capability! Thank you for this recommendation.

I needed a new laptop for my work and purchased the HP. It boots up very quickly and works great. It is fast and I have not had any problem working with the computer. I would definitely buy it again.

This HP laptop is living up to its description and specs. Its size, memory and touchscreen are spot on for my usage and I recommend it be included in your search for your next laptop purchase.

I bought this laptop for my Son for College. He is able to do everything he needs with it and he loves it. It's not the most powerful laptop but, for the cost, it is well worth the price!
