I purchased this laptop as a gift for my little sister for her birthday. I asked the IT manager in my office to help me select a laptop that would be best suited for someone who is not "techy" but loves to surf the internet and to store her pictures. This laptop, with its 1T memory allows more than enough storage for her pictures- those she has currently stored and those yet to be taken. The touch-screen allows her to use this laptop as she does her Android phone. It is lightweight, easy to navigate and has the added speed that her 7 year old laptop lacked. Her old laptop is an HP and she was happy with it, so I tried to shop HP when I was looking for a new one. This selection was perfect. Needless to say, last week when I gave her this gift, she was shocked and delighted. A trip to her local Best Buy and an appointment with the Geek Squad will transfer her data from her old laptop to her new one. And the Geek Squad has promised to show her new features and to show her how to transfer from her phone to her new laptop. I could have purchased a new laptop anywhere; but Best Buy is nationwide and the service is excellent.

I have just had it for around two weeks and so far the laptop met my expectations. I bought this laptop as the Windows 7 on my previous laptop will no longer be supported and the laptop is over 5 years old. There is a learning curve with all of the new software, but all of my data and programs came over good enough, the laptop is much faster, and there is much more data storage.

bought this for a student. battery life a major plus. the old one would be dead halfway through his course. plenty of memory for all his schooling.

I purchased this HP computer about a month ago as a supplement, and eventually a replacement, for an Acer laptop that I already have. I chose this because it seems like a good machine, I already know about the quality of HP computers and the price was right for me. I have not had any problems so far and as long as I don't over use it and keep the anti-virus on it updated, I imagine that I won't foresee any problems in the future. I purchased this as a regular work use machine as opposed to a machine to be used for gaming. So far, I am very pleased with it.

The SSD makes it snappy to use and the HD gives you the space. So the two together is a perfect match. Also its a better quality body than some of the other HPs.

Looked for a computer for weeks. this has the best RAM, memory, features and screen size for the package. highly recommend this computer. touch screen is a cool feature. battery is long lasting. love the multiple ports.

This laptop is an excellent, everyday use, general application PC. Great performance at a good price.
