Very Competitive Price and the best service Amazing

So far I am impressed with this laptop. The performance of this pc blows my previous Lenovo away. I always had hp products but was influenced to buy another brand about 3 years ago and what a disappointment. Love my HP, very happy!!

I had a problem with the power plug in was loose and would not stay in. well I decided it was no biggie but let it set till the battery was depleted put the cord back in putter would not boot. so best buy sent it for check. The tech. said it was the power board went out because on something spilled on the key board. do not remember spelling anything. O well no ins. only factory warranty that dont cover spills.O well ask how much $$ for fix $800.00 what? I only gave $500.00 new. DONT REPAIR send it back i will take the loss. got it back. IT WORKS FINE . God is good thank you.

I bought this for my wife who works at home. It start up fast and has fast response switching from one application to another and switching from one website to another. I am very pleased with its performance

Not used a laptop in a long time. Ease of use is very important to me. Have figured out how to do things I’ve wanted to learn and am looking forward to continued learning and exploring.

The HP 15-da1005dx was a special purchase for my friend Dave who uses DVDs for training, and I saw this unit with plenty of power, memory and good looks. And... it works wonderfully.

Being very familiar with Microsoft's operating system and software made the transition from my old laptop very easy. I was up and running in less than a day!

I got this laptop as an upgrade from my I3 processor and I really like it. I use it for internet searching and writing documents. I do recommend this laptop.

This laptop has everything I needed. One omission is a backlit keyboard, but that’s certainly a minor issue for me. Big bang for the buck!

great laptop for the money. comes with windows 10 home version so just need to upgrade to windows 10 pro via microsoft updates

Please note that I have ALWAYS purchased DELL laptops that last 5-7 yrs each, so expectation is a bit elevated. Also, I am not a superuser or a gamer. I purchased a refurbished HP Envy touch screen tablet with AMD processor. Was beautiful but ridiculously slow loading and processing...annoying. Well I dropped it, (no ins) cracked the screen, would cost $400 to fix $600, didn't make since, so you know the rest. So I didn't want to spend a lots money and went with this bc the specs were great! This is a horrible computer. creep, creep, creep. I was working on a project with only 1 doc open and every 10-15 mins it would freeze. I would have to shut it down and start fresh. I have never had a computer that had to catch up to me typing unless it was one that I needed to replace. You cant edit video because I cant handle to load, I guess. Also, the shell is real flimsy. you better have a really padded laptop bag because it wont be able handle too much. definitely not well made. for the $600 + $700 I've spent, I could have gotten the DELL that I wanted, but I was trying to be thrifty. Well it's costing me, BIG TIME!

Powerful, smooth, and very stylish. Good computer for many purposes. The I-7 processor makes for an enjoyable experience.

I finally am transitioning from a Desktop to a Laptop and this HP along with Geek Squad has made it an easy experience.

Was initially looking for something basic - THIS is amazing and was not too pricy for my limited budget.

Bought for personal business use - has held up against everything thrown at it.

This laptop was purchased for a small business and so far I am very happy with the performance.
