It is a really good laptop talking about hardware and capabilities. The things that could me it a little difficult is the operative system, but this is not a problem from the manufacturer but from Microsoft with their windows 11 because they tried to simplify the user interface and we can not find the options we want as in previous version of Windows. If you are a user that uses function just like windows provided, this is a good option, if you need custom configurations and specific drivers for peripherals it could be an issue.

I bought an HP laptop for the first time, thinking it would talk better to my HP printers, which I like. Not true. They haven't gotten along that well so far. My nephew bought an HP laptop for the same reason, and had the same interaction problems. The laptop is also more intrusive than my other laptops, which are the same operating systems. I wasn't aware that each company has their own way of interacting with the operating systems. HP requires more steps to accomplish the same tasks done on my two Asus computers. But it works, so I'm keeping it, and will explore work-arounds to speed up the everyday functions I use.

System didnt run full version of windows. Ran in “S” mode. Had to turn that off immediately because not being able to install non-microsoft apps is a no go… also bought a return/refurb unit and didnt come with a charger and had to spend $70 on a best buy generic brand charger. Got ripped off there.

I returned it. Windows 11 Home S Mode was not compatible with Zoom or Team Apps that I needed to use. Also, It was hard to see the letters on the keyboard.

Computer comes with Windows 11S. It took me way longer than it should have to realize that the operating system, Windows 11S, has special security features which do not allow installation of any non-Microsoft programs. This information was not readily found using a search to determine why I couldn't load Adobe Acrobat. Frustrating that now I have to figure out how to replace Windows 11S with 11. Am unable to format any Excel cells either, I don't know if Excel not formatting is related to Windows 11S or not. I am proficient in Excel and have never had this issue.

Laptop is great, but Windows 11 needs some work. Had to call tech support to get rid of the McAfee pop ups telling me I had a virus. Wifi kept dropping too. Other than Windows 11-which I did not realize came with this-it's a good product.

I have enjoyed this laptop. I’m not a fan of windows.

I bought this laptop online (without seeing it in person) and that was a mistake. It feels cheap, which is funny considering how expensive it is. The touchpad is awful and clunky. The operating system crashes constantly and features randomly turn on and off. Can't wait to return this thing.

This computer has been nothing but problems for me. Mainly because Windows 11 is in S-Mode. I tried to disable it but Microsoft makes it super hard to disable. I finally got fed up and reinstalled Windows 11 with a USB and to my surprise it automatically enabled S mode again. I'm sending this trash back.
