Don’t buy waste of money

Does not support Windows 11.

However, this computer model was released in 2017. The release year of 2021 as stated in the Best Buy specs is when the computer was refurbished, not when it was actually released. As the computer is actually 5 years old and the processor is old, the computer does not support Windows 11. Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 10 in 2025. I don't feel it is a financially wise decision to spend $500-$600 for a computer that you can only use for 3 years and then you are forced to either use an obsolete, unsupported computer or spend another $500-$600. Just for transparency purposes, I did return this computer.

The truth is, I just love Apple products and thought it wouldn't hurt to have a spare laptop around since I already had an IPAD Pro, but, I just can't get over how crappy most other computer graphics, screen, and just over all quality is just crap in comparison to Apple products. I know they exist, but the fact that all my devices sync and they're gorgeous, easy to use, set up, and so streamlined, I just couldn't go back to a Windows based computer again. Returned it within 2 days. It's not a bad computer, per se, the quality over all is just not worth much. I would say, this is a computer for grandma or a kid that never has had a nice apple product or who doesn't really care about tech.

backlit flaw
