Love the screen and how easy it is to navigate. The battery seems to last a while!

The HP Laptop works great. Windows 11 works fine on it as well as Norton Antivirus. I bought it for retro games (I love Sim City and Wolfenstein via Gog) and word processing. The Best Buy price that I paid was $319. That cannot be beat. It took me less than 15 minutes for the Best Buy salesman to show me the computer, match it to my intended uses and purchase it at Christmas time (a Christmas present for myself). Best Buy was the best here.

Light, fast for web browsing and youtube, keyboard feels nice, long battery life, and has a good sized screen.

Bought this for my 14 year old. It has been the best purchase. She loves it. The screen is large and it runs great.

What an improvement over my old laptop. I don`t have to wait for it to load forever . It is an all around great computer for my needs. Very happy with this laptop . I always buy this laptop. Needs to be replaced every two years or so depending on how many times I drop it. Works well for my accounting business as it has a big screen and 10 key. Great display with ability to connect hdmi corded second screen, Great bang for your buck!

My HP laptop that I purchased worked right out of the box. I was able to get all my files from old computer. I use a wireless external keyboard and a wireless mouse as my 84 year old fingers have trouble with a touchpad! I did have to get a small hub to run my external keyboard. I also got my old HP printer to work! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. The only negative comment is about the terrible phone service when trying to contact the store to speak to a sales associate! A person cannot be connected directly to the sales floor. What happened to the good, old-fashioned store operator? I do believe that you might sell a few more products if a person could get through to sales department without jumping through hoops! I was completely happy with the kind and helpful sales lady.

This computer has amazing performance screen size is absolutely perfect and exactly what I need to complete my masters degree in school. I love the customization that I can do on the home screen which leads directly to the website that I need with just a click five out of five stars would highly recommend

I love HP. I had my last laptop for 6 years before the battery life went out and was very slow. I purchased this about a week ago for day to day use and no complaints! I enjoy the screen size, battery life, when the fan is on its very quiet. Great audio and light weight so easy to travel to and from work with!

We have laptops that have windows 10 on them. I understand that it will be discontinued as of October so we decided to replace them. These are great laptops so far. I was use to a touch screen but I added a mouse and I now am use to that. I am very happy with the speed and memory it has. I purchased two of them because the price was so reasonable. My hubby uses his daily and I use mine occasionally. I am not finding anything I don't like about it. It is a little bit of a learning curve to get use to the windows 11 vs windows 10 but I'm getting there. I mainly use mine for search and paying bills and printing stuff out.

Love this laptop. Very clear screen, graphics are great. Light and makes it easy to travel with.
