It served its purpose well. It has good keyboard handling, speed, and a screen with good resolution.

I bought this to replace my 8-year-old HP Envy when support for Windiows 10 was ending, the laptop wasn't upgradable, and I was on the verge of needing to replace the battery yet again. My new laptop feels pretty much the same as the old one. I love the solid state drive--SO much faster response than my old one. I like that it is slightly lighter in weight, but I miss having a built-in DVD player and SD card reader. At least I can still access those on my old laptop. I hope the new one will have better battery life and/or ventilation, but I won't know that for a while.

Very fast, and easy to use. Mouse pad is accurate to the touch. Large screen makes streaming very viewable

Very pleased with new laptop--fast speed, sharp picture, fits all my computer needs. Also, must compliment Ani, the Best Buy staff member at the San Francisco store, who was so patient, helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable in helping me find what I was looking for and making the right choice of all the options presented.

I love the laptop. It's huge but not bulky, very thin. It's fast and easy to use. The only thing I'm missing is the touch-screen. The but is for Windows crashing on it, making it useless two months after purchase. But HP is on it, and they're reinstalling everything as we speak...so

Excellent Laptop for school, light editing, & light gaming. Great build quality, long lasting battery, bright screen, relatively lightweight for its size. If you can find this on sale its an excellent laptop for the price.

My laptop is very fast and works really well! It does not overheat at all, which is something I was worried about when I first received it.

My old laptop was 12 years old. This laptop is faster. It is 17.3 while my old one was 15.6. The larger screen makes it easier to see and read. The video resolution on our video calls to family is excellent.

This is a great laptop for the price. Light weight for the size. Boot up is nice and having a lot of different things opens is very functional.

I really enjoy the screen size and basic design of it. The only thing ive encountered so far is that the speaker sounds like its blown from the moment i used it. Other than that i really like this laptop. Battery life is awesome!
