Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought this laptop to replace a 10 year old desktop and it’s done great as a replacement. We don’t use it for much other than basic internet activities like paying bills, banking, etc. and checking email through outlook, as well as using Office stuff (which cost extra). I’ve also played some basic games on here as well, like stuff you can download or play through a browser, and it’s been great. If you can score this on sale or as an open box item, it’s a great value for basic stuff. I can’t comment on any advance activities since I’ve not used it for anything other than what I mentioned.

Went in looking for a laptop after living with my windows 7 hp laptop for ages and just looking for a faster system and purchased this one and a year later with it and loving it. Could of rocked my windows 7 for a bit longer but the upgrade was amazing definitely recommend this for someone using a laptop for daily use. Can do some gaming off of it but had to be plugged in because gaming drains the battery to quickly

I got this laptop over a year ago and I have to say this was an excellent product for college. A lot of people get a MacBook for college, but this laptop can do it all from submitting course work late at night to gaming sessions with your friends. If your looking a laptop that can do it all with no worries, this is a perfect product for you

Baught for my father in law. He still has to get used to it, but it seems to be a simple to use for him. It has a large screen.

It does everything I need. I run my 3D printers with it. I'm not super advanced with computers but it is easy to check email and get on the internet with it.

I've had this laptop for a few weeks now and I think it's great. So far it does everything I need it to do pretty quickly. Sometimes the fan gets a little noisy but I can live with that for the price. I can't rate the battery life because I always keep it plugged in.

Great product fast for the price and nice screen size

Very comfortable, perfect for studying and other things. Great screen and long battery life. Overall, the price/quality ratio is perfect.

Works extremely well, very satisfied. Use this computer every day, for business as well as ever day life. It's fast and efficient. Love it

I typically have not used laptops for 3 reasons. I like using a mouse, the keyboards are typically too small, and the position of the mouse pad is always interfering with my typing and moves the cursor to a different spot as i'm typing. This laptop is great. The keyboard is close to a typically sized keyboard and there is a number pad. The functionality of the device is great. It has great processing power and speed for multiple applications and tabs open. I'm very pleased with this one and would recommend it to others.

Never had a laptop before. Love the screen size. Easy to use. No problems.

Fast, efficient and easy to use. Replaced previous HP with new one, no comparison. Not spending hours waiting for computer to come on.

Great for the price. This laptop fit my needs perfectly. I wanted a big screen and decent battery life. I use this mostly for word processing and document management.

I bought this one for the larger screen size, and I'm glad it did, because I still have a hard time seeing it! Works great

Has performed well every day for over a year. Fast for regular use, no complaints.

Computer seems to be a very fast computer for a budget friendly cost. I love the bigger screen too

I like the big screen and it is fast! Purchased when laptop was on sale. Great price!

It's light but large enough to use as a desktop computer. Working really well for the home office.

Purchased this laptop for my son and it has been great. Good speed and and nice size display screen.

Love my new computer. The speed is wonderful, love the screen size and it seems easy to figure out. I sm technilogically challenged.
