Super slow, starting up and opening simple things, like pics and Chrome. Weird blacking out of the screen, like the toolbar on the bottom is still there but everything else is black. Or, other times, it blacks out in 'chunks', like I can see half the page but not the other half, but it's not 'in half', it's in 'sections'. While watching YouTube videos, the video will freeze, then all the page but the video itself will turn white, then when I move the mouse, weird rainbow streaks go across the screen horizontally. Buying this computer was a huge mistake and I'm returning it on Monday. Buyer beware.

Odessa showed all in our price range and explained all it's features. Over all we had our new pc loaded and ready for pickup within two days. Our very first PC was an HP So we know the quality of their products. Also feel very protected knowing Geek Squard is close to help us with any questions.

I've disabled the metered data, but I can't download anything.. not even the update to 11 or the computer files I need.. Slow startup and performance

I set it up after I purchased it and have only been on a couple times since. Took a good 5-10 minutes to start up and performance was real slow when trying to click into things. Probably wouldn’t waste my money on this same laptop again.

This laptop will go through a series of updates once it has been powered on for the first time out-of-box. These updates can take up to one hour to complete and attempting to use programs or running tasks while the system is updating may result in slow or poor performance as key resources are being utilized to support the updates that may not be visible to users. Once the device has completed the update / optimization process, the system’s resources should return to full utilization and you may begin to access your device as designed.

A bit pricier than I was hoping for but the info received was definitely worth it. Thinking about getting a 2nd more dedicated to business interests and know where I will go when that time comes. Hope the same young man helps....

Not what I was expected

Even after all updates are completed etc. everything takes extremely long to load. I have two DELL work laptops as well that outperforms this device significantly. Thinking about reselling.
