    Love this laptop! Very fast on the internet and it runs my flight simulator with no problem. Just wish it had a better battery capacity

    We bought this laptop because HP Brands have typically been good in the past, but this has had some problems with locking up and needing reset at times. The number lock key doesn't have a light on it to let you know it is on which is a feature that we like on our old laptop. Best Buy Geek Squad support is great though and helped with an issue we had upon setup.

    The overall performance of laptop and other spec are good. But now hinge is broken and now i have to pay another $200 - $300 to repair it. The local private repair shop guy told me that this is big problem with HP laptops. Also do not buy 17 inch laptops of any company.
