I had to buy a laptop last minute after mine crashed. I spent all day on the website looking for one, when I came across this one. I was a little hesitant to buy it because I didn't like some of the reviews, but it was the only one in my price point. When I first opened the laptop, an error message popped up what caused me to be concerned. So I restated the computer. I used the laptop for hours and hours today writing a paper for school and I am so happy with it! It's fast and responsive! Love the touch screen! I hope it stays this way!

I like how big the screen is but, during start up it takes a while to load.

So far this computer has been awesome. We are using it mainly for internet, and Microsoft office programs. So far so good! It's fast, working great, and simple to use. I uninstalled McAfee anti virus because I've heard horror stories about it messing up the computer but I think this is always a PC problem, nothing to do with the computer itself. I'm a Apple girl all the way but this is a cute little laptop that I really like!

Computer with great screen for the price. Hp that does everything you would need and more

Takes forever to boot and has an average battery life. Upgrade the RAM when you can afford it.

I assumed it had Bluetooth and to my dismay did not! My 5 year old hp that only cost $200 even had it will not buy from Best buy again because of this I guess I did not look close enough assuming they all had it now....my mistake

I purchased 2 of these on April 14, and received on April 17. Less than 20 days later one has quit functioning. After spending almost an hour on chat with HP service I now have to send it back to HP. It is covered under the warranty, but is very inconvenient, and now my husband has no computer to use. If the other stops working I will be very angry.

At first this was a good buy but within a couple of months of owning it constantly shuts off for no reason and Geek Squad has tried to resolve without an answer. Called HP and they say they never heard of the problem but just looking online everyone else has the same concern. Save your money and buy a better computer .Not happy with this one but am Happy with the Geek Squad. They are always pleasant to do business with.

I purchased the product and here are my reviews after 3 months of usage. 1. Cutting costs ( even 2-3$) every part of product , The internal wifi is singel band ( 2.4 ghz) and if you live in close society there is lot of interference on 2.4ghz channel and you cant get reliable internet. i have to stick to lan to get good internet. It changed from Laptop to desktop. 2. Keypad is pretty had and keys are not smooth. 3. Product hangs often but hard to reproduce the problem.

Don't believe this advertisement icore 5 latest generation. It will start freezing from the first day you buy it. Don't worth to buy. HP laptop is a headache.
