Love it. Taking time to get used to windows 10. Keyboard feels different.

This laptop is just what I was looking for, and in my budget. My first purchase of this model was rather worrisome, I hooked it up and it lasted about one second. I took it back and ordered the same model and decided to give it another try. It works great, the touch screen is very responsive, the 8 GB Ram is super fast. This is my 5th computer and I can see it becoming my favorite.

I purchased this laptop to replace my old workhorse of a Dell. I was hesitant to try a different brand because I've always owned more expensive custom ordered Dells, but I've recently been impressed with the quality, features, and pricing of HP laptops owned by friends so I decided to bite the bullet and buy this one. I could not be happier with my purchase. I mainly use this computer for school, but it has a TON of memory, speed, and features so I know I'll be getting my money's worth. The touchscreen is responsive and the clarity is 2nd to none. Not to mention, the 17" monitor is beautiful when watching movies. Also, this thing has the best quality speakers I've ever heard on a laptop. Having owned this laptop for only a couple weeks, I can't attest to the longevity or endurance of this item, but so far it operates as well as pricier computers in the same class.

This HP has the speed, screen size, memory that I wanted in a newer PC. Can read and write DVDs, hook up to a TV, has a longer battery life than my last HP. It can read my camera cards and seems faster than the last unit. Yes I would recommend this unit. and it is lighter and thinner than the last unit.

I like the screen size and the fact that it has touch screen. My one concern is that is that it' contrast is not clear enough and the text is to small and I can't adjust it. But so far it's ok.

Just wanted a simple to use laptop for email, saving files, photos... this seems to be perfect.... wish "num lock" stayed on, but otherwise, fits my needs. Love the large screen, and the fact that it is a touch screen!

Although most of my work is done on an All-In-One computer on my desk, I needed a laptop to take my work with me when necessary. This one has done everything I was looking for. Not too heavy, but large enough screen to see what I'm doing. Handles all my projects with the speed I need.

I have already recommented this laptop to my friends. The best purchase that I have made in recent years.

This is a great laptop! Very nice 17" screen that is a touch screen, very fast computer, lots of storage, all in all a great buy for the price!! I've seen other laptops advertised for the same price but with only a 13 or 15" screen, so this is by far the best deal I found.

The computer is a 9 - Windows 10 is a zero. If I had my Windows 7 on this computer, it would be perfect.

I bought one and the screen had problem I exchange it and this one is perfect..nice speed..touch.I really like it.

I wanted a big screen and a reliable system, which is what I got. It can be a tinge slow at times, hence my 4-star rating. However, it gives me access to my classes and projects online while freeing me from my desk. I really like Cortana and Microsoft Edge.

This laptop has just the right amount of features for our family. I didn't think I would like the touch screen but I LOVE IT!! Very easy to use.

This laptop was originally purchased for work and I have to say I am definitely impressed. The touchscreen is lovely and the screen is the perfect size.

This is my first HP laptop it works great and a good price! I would recommend for any college student.

The computer performs great, except the Memory module went out 3 weeks after I bought it. HP wanted me to mail it to them to fix while Best buy would not fix it because it was past 14 days. The computers all right but because u could not go two weeks without my computer I had to pay to have it fixed!

The large screen is easier on the eyes and the touchscreen makes work smoother and faster

Nice looking laptop with a lot of good features but after minimal use, the battery stopped holding an adequate charge. would die after about an hour and a half of moderate use.

does everything as advertised. love it cant wait to find out all the features. am very pleased
