Love it. Nice screen. (touch) nice speed. Lighted key board is great for working while in the air. Would recommend this computer to anyone. That needs a premium computer

I'm a mac user, but needed a windows computer for my job. This computer was very easy to transition to. I originally bought a Dell with pretty much the exact same specs and was severely disappointed. I traded the Dell for this computer and was pleased. It was not a bad transition since I have not used windows in several years.

Great speed and storage for a medium sized laptop.

I purchased this laptop after effectively killing the motherboard on my previous i5 processor model with a glass of water. I was very satisfied with my last purchase so went in and bought the exact same thing only with a i7 and 1TB hard drive. I watch DVDs and stream movies/tv on this laptop regularly and it has picture and sound quality. I also use this computer for school for online classes and haven't had any issues with uploading or downloading assignments, or watching videos for class.

I am 88 years old and I only use this for checking on family on facebook and I like to play the gsn.com games, which are graphics intense. My old laptop would drag and lock up, but this one is awesome! I can re-size the screen by just dragging, so I can see the small print and pictures of the grandkids, and it was easy to set up and so easy to use. Every senior should have one!

I like my new laptop. Still getting used to touch screen. Someone asked if this was the computer that was recalled due to battery problems. Guess I should have done my homework better. It was an open box purchase. Good price, however the 40% I got discounted, they were the next day giving on boxed items. The sales person did not mention anything about a recall. Still have to check on that. I do like my laptop though. My complaint has nothing to do with HP. I have several of their products, it's with Best Buy. It won't stop me from shopping there. At least I could touch it when I bought it and have a warranty and "place" to bring it to.

It is a better machine than its predecessor. Lighter, thinner and a more sleek look. I had the 1 Tb drive replaced with a 960 Gb solid state drive an made the old drive into a slave drive. Now runs like a maniac even with processor intensive programs running.

The thing I really love about this laptop is the keyboard. The touch is just right. The numeric pad is not too close to the direction keys. The speakers are amazing.

Fast processor, set up in minutes and with lots of memory for uploading old computer information and "MUST have" older programs. Larger keyboard with number pad truly makes the laptop have a comfortable desktop feel.

This laptop is very fast, love the clear crisp screen. The large screen is great, this is an excellent desktop replacement

I love how quickly pages loads and programs open. I love the InDesign by Adobe automatically shows touch screen features for optimal designing. My only issue is the responsiveness of the mouse. I must click directly in the bottom left corner for a correct left mouse click, otherwise, the arrow will move forward. I may be able to optimize the mouse further in the settings or have it configured by Geek Squad. Overall, AMAZING laptop! The size and performance is perfect. I do not have to strain my eyes after peering at a small screen. I'm using it for grad school, my small business, and leisure.

I couldn't be happier with my HP Envy 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop. I had one issue with it when it did an automatic upgrade, but I took it in to the Best Buy Geek Squad and they were able to resolve the issue.

I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A 17" LAPTOP. I OWN A 15' HP AND AN AIR MAC. I WAS NOT SURE IF A I WOULD STAY WITH HP. THE SALESPERSON AT THE GERMANTOWN STORE CONVINCED ME THAT THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING AT WAS THE RIGHT THING. I THEN FOUND THAT BEST BUY HAD IT ON SALE ON LINE. I HAD TROUBLE WITH TRYING TO PURCHASE ONLINE, SO WENT TO THE TENLEY TOWN STOREE IN DC. THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN INPUTING IT ON LINE FOR ME, AND HELPING ME TO BUY T HE ASSCESSARIES SHE DID A GREAT JOB.

This HP Envy laptop has all the horse power, all the bells and whistles that I need to conduct my voice over audio recording and production business from home. And it does it very quickly and quietly. It can even handle my fourteen year-old flight simulator very smoothly!

This thing is amazing for the price. Got it on sale so even better super fast. Just don't like it's not a 2 in one.

I enjoy using the HP touch screen. Its speed and ease of use makes my experience extremely pleasant every time.

I am having a wonderful, and easy time getting to know this laptop! I've never had a touch screen computer before and I was nervous purchasing one. It is so much fun and actually easier to use that my old regular desk top computer. It is a natural, lateral move from a smart phone with touch screen, my Kindle Fire, and now my HP touch screen laptop. I am thrilled with the screen size. I purchased the 17" and I have no trouble seeing the screen. I love it!

Does good most of the time. I will be typing and the cursor jumps to another spot. ??? Updates jump up at times and I do not know if it scam or not. But color and pictures are good. Being technology ignorant, I guess it is doing great!
