I bought this unit for my husband to use for business. We needed something that would efficiently operate with Windows Professional. This seems to fit the bill for all of his needs.

I purchased this computer for a business that I own. Very fast and easy to use. Set up was a breeze.

THIS IS MY SECOND LAPTOP EVER. MY FIRST LAPTOP I GOT FROM BESTBUY ABOUT 8 YRS AGO. IT WAS ALSO A HP. AND IT IS STILL GOING STRONG. BUT DECIDED TO UP GRADE.AND I LOVE THIS LAPTOP

So far I have not had enough time to evaluate this laptop yet. I do know that some of the setup is more difficult than I've had with other computers, specifically getting it to recognize my scanner. Overall, pleased so far.

I have had a 17" HP laptop for 4 year but wanted to replace it. Did check several on line but was pleased to see this in the store. Best Buy associates were helpful answering my many questions (I'm techno-challenged).

The large screen brightens the keys for low light typing and the power button is lite. The screen is bright and clear! The keys are positioned well from the edge so you have a good palm rest. The touch pad is still hard to get use too without the two buttons at the bottom.

All is well. Software garbage is distracting and childish. Touchpad can be improved -- prefer to use Kensington Orbit trackball with the computer -- when stationary.

I was looking for 16 gig ram and intel chip i7 for lots of multi-tasking and power so far its really done great no complaints at all and the video card is great too!

Love that this unit still has a built in DVD/CD reader/writer. It’s getting harder to buy laptops with that feature because of cloud storage and software delivery.

Satisfied with my product and trust on Best Buy, i bought two laptops for my kids ,one of them was hp gaming and the one non gaming and both are working perfectly

The computer is definitely an upgrade, I have had other Hp computers in the past and they out did themselves with the technology and features on this laptop.

I have had no issues, so far, with this machine. It replaced a Sony VAIO that I dearly loved. So far, this machine is proving to be worth the money spent.

It does everything I need it to do. Fast and I like the larger screen.

Really liking the new HP so far. Have not had long enough to rate, but think it will have been a good purchase. Had GREAT service at Best Buy.

I love this laptop. It works smoothly and I've had no issues with it. Yes, it's a bit larger but I like that because it doesn't make viewing in split screen hard to see everything. There is no lag response, runs perfectly.

Beautiful screen. Looks like I'm watching an HD t.v. when on the internet. Very thin and light for a 17". Screen very responsive.

This laptop does great for networking and port forwarding along with downloading software for different types of security work

It is big and heavy but has good layout and a fast computer. Also has all connections built in. Ethernet,hdmi,lots of USB etc.

I purchased this computer due to going back to school. It is a great, well rounded product with all the bells and whistles.
