I bought an HP laptop to replace my old one which broke. I am pleased with the product and it has met my expectations.

This Touch-Screen Laptop is easy to use at home and when traveling and has all the software and memory capabilities required for business and personal uses.

Laptop has a great display. I enjoy the speed at which it operates- start up, processing, and shut down. Back lit keyboard is a blessing. All the features that come with the operating system are amazing. Seems like the sky is the limit. Like the information provided by the computer and operating system (Windows 10).

I was looking to replace my 10 year old HP laptop. Right off the bat, this laptop is heavy...very heavy. Same size as my old laptop but very uncomfortable to hold on my lap for any length of time. Second, no noticeable increase in speed from my old laptop which is something I was looking for. Last, when using Skype, any movement on the other end of the link turned the picture into a mass of fuzzy pixels. My old HP was 10x better than this new one. For the price this is not the laptop to get. Perhaps it has advantages that I didn't know about because I returned it. Price does not equate to quality.

Does everything advertized. The mouse pad can be a little tricky, doesn't always react the right way.

I've been an HP fan for years. I wanted a 17" screen laptop with a DVD-CD-RW which is hard to find now. I had my list of other features as must haves & some wants. This Laptop had all the features & more. The only thing I can't confirm is if this laptop flips to use like a tablet. There was something I read in one of the review where this model does convert; but I can't figure out how if it does. The salesman said it didn't. But there were other features he didn't realize this laptop had on it as well. Oh & Windows 10 is taking me some time to get use to all of the changes from Windows 7. Not sure if I like it or not yet. Still adjusting. It's been a month; but I don't spend a whole lot of time on it. It took a while to get my printer to work with it as it is a model that was long before windows 8.

So far, I am extremely happy with this purchase. I have not had any problems. I am very satisfied

I WOULD RECOMMAND THIS LAPTOP TO ALL MY FRIENDS. HAS GREAT NEW FEATURES. EASY TO READ KEYBOARD.

I bought this laptop for the need of going on the road and doing presentations with clients. I am deeply pleased with the size of the screen and speed of processing. The only drawback is that its a pretty hefty weight.

It is faster and I not only do personal stuff but I can also use it for my secretary work.

It works fine for what I use it for. I basically use it for computer games and emails.

I really like it, easy to read, works well. I have found no problems with it at all.

After reading the reviews for this laptop I chose the HP over all others, I was interested specifically in a 17 inch. I already had experience with Windows 10, so it was a turn key experience for me.

This product is just great a lot of computing power great looks and does great for all the graphics I need. The price is High . They could get the price down and I will buy another one this week.
