I purchased this laptop for my wife. She wanted a portable laptop that she could take with her. She had used a family members who had this exact laptop and decided she wanted it. She has customized it to her specifications and highly recommends it!

We purchased this as a spare laptop for my daughter to do school work and me to use for household operations. This laptop is an excellent value. It accesses the internet, boots up and processes quickly. For the price, you can't beat it. The screen rotates and flips back to tablet mode and it is small and lightweight enough for my daughter to carry in her backpack when school calls for her to bring it. My husband has a PC for his real estate business and has borrowed this to use for client showings and is able to access all his Dropbox files easily. This is a winner!

great computer for college students or just about anyone looking for a computer for general uses. YouTube, browsing or chatting with family is all done easily. Plus, the touch screen is a great and very responsive. Computer is also quick as well

This laptop is very versatile as it can be used as a tablet as well. Win10 recognizes when you flip the screen to tablet mode and it works well. Not bad value if you don't plan on gaming or running multiple apps at once.

Love this laptop. The size makes it extremely portable. Love the touchscreen and 360 angle. Fast processing of many tasks I do on the laptop.

I was looking for a laptop, mostly full size, but light, touch screen and fairly easy to use. I needed up to date Microsoft Office Suite. This laptop is perfect for my needs. Keyboard feels full size and is lighter than my last HP.

The 14 inch size is very convenient. Also, the touchscreen and tablet flip option are useful. The I3 processor is a little slow and I've used it for basic things like internet browsing. If you want performance do not go below Intel I5 processor. Another feature I think it's missing is keyboard lightening; simple but much needed when used in dark/at night. Overall, its a good computer with decent features. But if you're buying for more than internet browsing I would recommend looking for other ones.

Although it can be slow sometimes, It's all around a good laptop that meets my needs. Its compact, keeps a charge well, and is very easy to use and set up.

Great laptop for student/casual user for everyday use. Not necessarily the most powerful for heavy application but it does the job. Very portable and sleek design. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

This laptop is user friendly, just the right size and easy to transport. It is best used for at home leisure use and basic work functions such as spreadsheets and reports. The touch screen function is the best part!

I did have to get used to not having a numeric keypad, and not having a backlit keyboard was a very minor drawback. I love the ability to use as laptop as well as a touchscreen. I use home edition of Microsoft Office, which is all I need for my home use and limited small business. Download of movies is fast, and the storage is more than enough for my use. Inexpensive but performs well. This laptop is very sleek. It is also not heavy to carry around and the size is actually just enough to a small person like me. What i like the most with this is that it can turn to a pad, now i dont need an iPAD. The 6GB is enough just to save myfiles and photos and also do my surf. I recommend this to all students who looks for a nice laptop with out paying too much.

Wife likes portability and size. touch screen works great and fast. Best Buy support for free setup is a plus. operating system and memory for this small lap top is astounding.

Its not too big and not too small. Touchscreen works well. Sometimes i feel its too slow when opening but when its on working mode, its fine. I love the pen.

My HP Pavilion x 360 laptop is the best of both worlds for me. Enough power and memory for all my computing needs combined with an affordable price of less than $500.

I would recommend this product the computer is easy to use fast charges the battery fast the touch screen is very useful and easy to use and it’s lightweight.

I like the keyboard, it is laid out comfortably for my smaller sized hands. I also like touch screen feature for scrolling up and down lists.
