This laptop is nothing spectacular. The tablet mode is a little iffy and battery life sucks even with minimal use.

Great display but sometimes when the laptop's screensaver comes off, it is difficult to get the display back on. I often have to unplug and plug back the HDMI cable.

So far so good. I had to return the older model of this computer. It's worth it to purchase a new computer (current year) The cheaper ones are reduced in price for a reason.

Works so much better than previous computer. Realize now that previous wi fi issues were with the computer. Connects with printer faster and more reliably. Bought because of previous HP experience at work.

Great computer for the price. It has froze on me once in the first month I've had it, but no major problems so far.

I looked for a laptop for a few weeks before deciding on one. I haven't used it much since purchasing, but so far, it is working well. The hardest part is trying to hook it up to my printer.

It was good but when I did a hard reset it wouldn't complete it. It said it failed continuously. Ended up returning. 2nd HP computer this happened.

Great features but the laptop itself is very slow. Going to look into technical assistance for this issue.

Light weight for large screen. Excellent for photo and video editing with large hard drive. Good video even when connected to 55” monitor.

It works great I just wish I realized when I bought it that it didn't come with a disk drive, but that was a lack of me paying attention.

Functions perfectly. Is a great form factor for my wife who is in training with the US Army. Does exactly what we bought it for!!

We purchased this computer for our Project Manager, and it has performed well for him. The price was great and we are very pleased.

Got this for nephew because he needs it for College. It's the perfect one for all his school needs. Purchased it online on sale and same-day pick up at store was a breeze.

This one basically replaced one I had had for a few years. Disappointed that there is no disc player in it but other than that it is giving me everything I need.

Had for two years now could use a little memory upgrade. I travel daily with it and it has taken it well

Purchased it as a hobby PC for things like music, document writing, browsing the web. So far very satisfied with my purchase. It's great for simple things.

This replaced a 3 year old computer for my rising high school freshman daughter. Great bang for the buck. Capable. Powerful. Intuitive. can't beat the price!

I was unhappy that Best Buy no longer carried the Toshiba that I had in the past, but I was happy with this product.
