This item is a total piece of JUNK! I purchased this laptop after it was a highly recommended item by the best buy team, believing that HP produces reputable products, and it just so happens to be on sale... triple win situation so I thought. As soon as I brought the laptop home and starting setting it up, the screen started to freeze and would go blank (this happened over 5 times during initial setup). Before the setup was complete, the laptop stopped turning on completely even while plugged into the outlet. Therefore I returned it the same evening I purchased it. Thinking that it was probably a defect on the one laptop, I gave it another shot and exchanged it for another one. Unfortunately it was no better and what made it worst was I went on a business trip with it the next day after purchasing and setup! It literally takes 15 minutes to load the windows operating system (I had even timed it) and during this time the screen goes completely blank until it finishes loading. Really??? Do me a favor and just look for something else. I absolutely would not recommend this to anyone!!!

Very fast computer at a very affordable price. Touchscreeen is a plus.

The computer runs well and is fast. Setting it up was not difficult.

The only problem I have found with this computer is that the built in mouse does not work after in-putting an idea or a complete word you have to move to another spot on the mouse pad

I was afraid this laptop wouldn't do as much as my old desktop; I was wrong. This is at least as good as my old quad core AMD. Using a Wi-Fi mouse and keyboard and who needs a desktop!!!! LOVE IT Oh I forgot, there must be some kind of crazy coating on the screen and cover, because your fingers have to be "KFC sticky" to smudge it.

I love my laptop the only problem I had was it didn't have a CD rom but other than that it works great love the touch screen and the fact that I can convert it to a tablet is amazing.

Got this for my mom when her screen went out. Since she just does email, web browsing and some streaming it was perfect. I wanted to get her a two in one but didnt want to spend a lot of money on it. This is perfect size and weight for her and she loves it.

Laptop is slow but I knew that from reading other reviews. Having a hard time getting it to recognize my printer. Besides the slow speed it will serve its purpose for daily tasks

This laptop is light weight, thin, and has a great look to it. It was easy to set up and use.

decent computer for the price this is my first 2 in 1 i doubt i will use the touchscreen much but its nice to have, computer came loaded with a ton of crapware which im in the process of removing. also it is really slow on startup but once it is up it works great

I love this PC! Touch screen, pad or mouse, so it is easy for anyone to use. The screen is large, and the unit itself is very lightweight.

Plenty of storage and easy to set up, using it for online college course so it’s perfect.
