I did not think it was fast enough.I returned it and got another one that is a little faster

If youre looking for a laptop to just surf, this is a Great laptop. Its very light and thin.

I read reviews for this product before purchasing and it's been nothing but extraordinary! I purchase to start my business and the programs already installed on it, from Microsoft to Adobe Illustrator have been awesome! It's a little on the heavy side as far as weight but the flip back feature to turn it into a tablet saves space.

This two in one is a very useful tool for college kids. It is lightweight and has great processing for the price. My daughter is using it for her engineering classes. Primarily for programming. So far she loves it. She uses it both as a tablet and a laptop. I recommend this as an entry level device for engineering students.

Battery would not charge had to exchange do another computer which luckily was in stock

Asia is really enjoyed her first year of college so thankful to have a HP laptop

My old laptop bit the dust. Found this one at Best Buy and was recommended for what I need a laptop for--email, web browsing, game playing online and some home office work. Really like the ease of use of this laptop and the price was great too.

This is the perfect size, perfect weight, and perfect laptop for what I need. It's almost as good as a Microsoft Surface. Can't get ALL the apps and the processor is slower, but overall, defiantly a great buy at a great price.

Having owned an older lap top for several year & never upgrading to windows 10, this laptop has so many ways to give me help. I am in the over 70s crowd & technology is sometimes overwhelming. Cortana is a wonderful feature. Also like the table of contents to help me navigate a new system.

The overall look and weight of laptop added to the likeability. I normally read reviews first but It was an unboxed item I bought at a small discount. It had some issues with sound when listening to videos, so this is the main reason I returned it, but other than that, really liked this model

This is a great laptop. I like how HP has Cool Sense and when the laptop get hot the fan goes higher.
