    I love how slick it is and how easy it was to use. The employee that helped was very knowledgeable about it. Explained the pros of the laptop. It’s very easy to carry on when I go out on trips. The touch screen is great like that feature. All in all great product

    Very nice laptop, the case is very sturdy but thin and light. The screen delivered a very nice display. Initial setup was seemless. I would recommend this for home office use and light gaming, but it is very good for movies and media. Impressed with sound quality

    I needed a new laptop between jobs. Wanted something at a ready price. This was a reasonable price, but it is a slow machine. Pay a bit more for speed.

    I got this laptop during a back to school sale with BestBuy, and for a college student it's a great size, has a decent amount of space (extra external storage still recommended), and is compatible with all window software/programs (Windows 10 already installed). Some of its cons are that it updates often and some updates will make it lag tremendously right after (would have to restart it a few time for it to work well). Also, it has some glitches here and there which revolves around lagging from the home screen. But besides that its a decent laptop with specs that are entertaining and functional such as touchscreen and tablet mode 360.

    My wife loves her computer, not used to a touch screen, still uses her mouse LOL she will learn about the touch screen, she uses her computer for everything especially talking to her great grandkids and her children and seeing their pictures

    Great laptop! My only gripe is battery life not great, and I don’t use a lot of apps or have a lot of memory used. Not sure about Recommending to a friend. Sorry!
