Like the computer -- Not happy with Microsoft

I like the size but find the solid mouse click (rather than split) is confusing if I'm not looking at the mouse pad. And I find that several of the pre-loaded apps don't work right. I've had to delete some and re-install them for them to work. In addition, changing back to computer from tablet mode is not intuitive. You have to know to make the choice.

Even Less Impressed Two Months In
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite upgrading my Wifi router, my brand new laptop continues its subpar performance. Takes forever to get past the "hp" screen - ditto to load desk top. To open email, settings etc., requires tapping the enter or touch pad multiple times then waiting and waiting for it to MAYBE open. Touch pad and touch screen often are non-functional so you wait for it to self-correct. Will open email in one desktop, but not another. Will not shut down - have to do a force quit by holding down start button. Bracing myself for a 3+ hour tour with HP tech help. For internet access and email I'm using my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. It's faster than my new paper weight! Save your money!
