Best laptop I have ever used.

I also wanted one that ran cooler than my present model and I would prefer and HP. I got all I wanted and in addition a touch screen. I love this computer.

Audio Driver Issues; Useless Patch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give this a much higher rating if there wasn't an issue with the audio driver. This is a known issue, because a bulletin about the problem was posted on hp.com on 10/12/17. I ordered my computer on 10/22/17, so HP is selling the model despite the issue. There is a patch, but it only works for a day or two before the sound goes out again. In 10 days I have installed it four times, including twice today. Massive fail. Before you buy an HP, check the model number on their web site to see if there is a problem.
