This conputer is going to make me lose my mind. Not only does it not sign in properly but the set up for it is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re purchasing it for a minor, look elsewhere. Not only do you have to sign in to 3 different accounts just to download Roblox, you have to go through all 3 accounts to figure out settings you didnt even set, all for it to still not work. It was pointless to get the computer because it takes 45 mins and 600 clicks just to sign in from the sleep setting. My blood pressure is rising just from writing this review. The $99 for geek squad was also pointless as theyre no help. If i have to bring in the pc for them to set it up to work, itll just be returned because im not going to lose my mind over a dang pc.

Desktop is Ok. A bit slow for what I purchased it for.

Didn’t love this all in one. It kept freezing within a week of use. The mouse complete stopped working. I understand this is value all in one but come on. Issued within a week of purchase is crazy. I returned and purchased the Lenovo all in one.

Would not recommend this to anybody , as soon as it started up it froze .

Freezes with multiple tabs open, not able to handle syncing. Too many rules to choosing your own browser and modes.

This item went blank 2 months after purchase of Dec of 2025.

I returned this laptop, it was not performing the way it was supposed to!!

Overall, I really love this HP all-in-one desktop. It has a very modern, sleek design, was a great price, and is easy to use. My only downside was during setup; I had to complete a Microsoft profile, and even after choosing the basic option that doesn’t include Microsoft Word or extra perks, I was still required to add a credit card and make a small monthly payment in order to finish setup. The payment isn’t much, but it was frustrating that setup couldn’t be completed without it. Other than that, I absolutely love this computer and would still recommend it.

I had experience of hp all-in-one and I can do all my work that is required for my job. The purchase was smooth,simple and easy! The fast shipping just make me to give you guys the highest "kuddos" well done team!!!

I really like this all-in-one. I use it as the household comp in the kitchen for reference. It doesn't take up much space at all and it was nice and affordable.

Purchased this brand new from Best Buy. Hooked up and was unable to download anything. After speaking with geek squad and paying $50. several time online they tried to fix it . They were unable so I had to take back to Best Buy and pay geek squad another $100 for them to install a new operating system.

It’s just a less average computer but it’s not strong enough for gaming, streaming or even using blender
