Very slow. Waisting money. Stop working after 2 weeks.

The computer runs as slow as a couple year old machine out of the box. So much bloatware on the machine, had to go in and remove a lot. Overall design is great, looks good too. Biggest complaint, the webcam DOES NOT support 1080 video as listed in the specifications.

sorry but computer is just ok. Maybe I should say no sure if it's my internet or the computer, but something is slow. The one game I play on Facebook, I usually have to hit refresh 3 times before it will load. Plus I saw it advertised for $50 less the next week after I bought it. :( The cheaper sale price was not at Best Buys. Just ok happy with new computer.

Great Product. Also have an HP Wireless printer. Have always used HP products. Ease of set up and use. Like that you can still have old style desktop screen, Also like start up screen revision

All in one is the way to go. EASY setup good picture!

Good computer all in one and has good speakers only thing is the keyboard and mouse didn’t work as well after 10 months

Been using for weeks and it has worked good. Not as fast as other higher priced computers but its good for my needs. Will upgrade the RAM to 16gb.

This computer is perfect for the job. I use this computer to run both home and business software. It handles all of it with no issues.

When I got it and set it up, been working good for me. Has good picture and sound! Have been able to get online with good time and doesn't take long to run a program. I like it very much.

I purchased this thru BB online, it took at week to get delivered and I found it cheaper at Sams. I returned the Bb one. I keep getting an email from BB to submit a review... So far the computer we kept from Sam’s works great!

SEEMS to work fine good clear screen would rather have wireless mouse and keyboard.

We have purchased all in one products in the past, particularly HPs and loved it! No tower to deal with. But this particular PC doesn't perform as it states. We had to take it in to the Geek Squad already and they added an adapter to increase the performance of the processor. With all the money we already had in it, then we had to pay an additional $95 for the adapter? Not sure I would recommend this product or buy it again.

This computer is ok except it makes a humming sound that will take some getting used to. I would trade it in but all of HP computers are out of stock. The mouse does not work and getting ahold of customer support it almost impossible and when you do they don't speak English or understandable English Best Buy is a store I'd never recommend for anything.
