Great All in one Computer

It was easy to set up and works great. The only thing we don't like is the fact windows 11 doesn't have free word.

The associate at the store was a huge help. I feel like this purchase is a larger version of my phone. I may need to look into memory and storage at a later time, but it gets the job complete for school and other etc.

Shocked

I was expecting it to fail… It didn’t. Best Buy no longer gives points if you don’t use their credit card. I’ll be buying from other places from now on due to this final straw with this company and things that have happened.

Great set up

It was literally open the box and start using. Of course I had to do the obvious of transferring my photos and the like but other than that turn it on, connect to the internet and done. I always buy HP and love their products.

Replacement All-in-One

It is an upgrade for him that works great for him with his limited technical knowledge.
