This HP computer has pleased the whole family young and old! It is easy to use and saves time as the speed is good and the screen has marvelous clarity, and the frame and keyboard are shiny white as well. I use the computer for work with good results and our two children love it as well. I researched this HP before the purchase and glad I did as it even surpassed my expectations.

Excellent Screen Easy set up. Fast and no problems so far

This is perfect for what we needed, not too fancy but very easy and fast. Easy to set up, we purchased a wireless mouse and keyboard. Plug and play! We didn’t want to pay for more than we wanted and this will be more than we will ever need. I love not having to stand on my head to deal with the tower.

Very happy with this machine. Wanted to add two white all in one touch screen PCs to our busy medical office for quick charting. They work well with our software and have boosted efficiency.

My old PC was getting slow and freezing up a lot. I went to Best Buy and got an HP all in one PC. This PC is just what I need for what I do, email, on line banking and everyday use. It is compact and just the right size for me. So far so good.

This desktop computer is, well, a bit better than okay. My review of it will be better, in the sense of more thorough, in about a year. Like anything new, there is a learning curve and an adjustment period for getting used to its features and the features of the one it is replacing. In this case, what it is replacing is a 10 year old laptop that was being used as a desktop computer, running Windows 10 after many years of being operated on Windows 7. This new one is run by Windows 11. And so, far, I have to say that Windows 7 was the best of the three, while Windows 10 seems better than Windows 11. First of all, it seems that Microsoft has taken a page from the Norton playbook and is using its operating system to plug other MS products and steer you into buying or subscribing to them. I have to admit that the biggest problem is just getting used to new layouts of file organization and, generally, how the program performs its tasks. That takes time, making any comparison of Windows 10 and Windows 11 difficult during the learning period. As far as the Best Buy experience goes, it could not have been better. The initial sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and steered my in the right direction in selecting a replacement for my old PC. I opted to have the Geek Squad handle the transfer of data from the old to the new and they did an excellent job, both technologically and in terms of explaining things I was struggling to understand. All in all, it has been a very favorable experience, thanks to a knowledgeable sales staff and super technical support.

HP makes quality computers. This one is no different. Ease of operation and set up. Performance is every bit what I expected. After some set up glitches, this HP is up and running great.

Worth every penny for my business. Ease of use and speed. I'm very happy I chose this processor.

Sleek design and wired mouse and keyboard never lets me down. I HAD the all in one with the wireless key and mouse and it would add characters while typing often, they even sent me a new keyboard and it did the same thing. What I don't like is if you are out of warranty and have problems, HP WILL NOT help you without paying for the "out of warranty" service. No tech support after warranty runs out.

My All in one computer has been nothing short of excellent! The touchscreen capability my wife and I both really like as well.

Love this little all-in-one! It does everything I need it to do, looks great and is priced right.

Was very easy to change over to this new computer and I'm 70! Had some trouble with the facial recognition but it's overall a good product for the money

I purchased this computer after my old one crashed. I’m not very knowledgeable about purchasing a computer. While in store shopping around I had my son on the phone. The sales person helping me was Jonas he talked to my son about the all in one computer. Jonas is very knowledgeable about computers and guided us in the right direction with my purchase. I’m happy to have met Jonas and very grateful for his help. I now have a updated computer that I really love. It may have took a minute but he was very patient with me. I love that the computer is in the monitor, no bulky tower. My old computer is so old that it didn't even have a camera or microphone. This new one has both. It also has a touch screen. I'm still learning my way around this new system. I'm sure I'll find plenty of features to love as I continue to investigate.

I love my new hp with intel CORE, computer. considering that it is a bran new computer, everything is working well. it is easy to use. I am not a computer expert so I talk about the features. all I know is when I turn it on, everything I need to get my work done is available and it gets the work done.

Very simple to use and great quality. My wife had another touchscreen computer, with windows 10, that got too slow. This one is very fast, easy to use, I did set up in 10 minutes, and it works great. The camera has a nice resolution, the sound is great, and the screen responds fast to the touch. With windows 11, my wife finds it easier to use.

This desktop computer froze for me after 3 days. If you’re buying all in one computer, I recommend going for 16 GB RAM instead of 8 GB. Overall, I am happy with the performance but need to wait and see how long this desktop computer lasts for family use such as browsing and using MS Office.
