The Best Buy store in Kenosha has the BEST customer service ever! I was recently hacked on my computer, and very anxious about my devices and accounts. I went to the store in Kenosha and was helped by the most wonderful and compassionate employee. Her name is Julea. She took care of all my needs, and helped to secure my accounts and devices. She definitely went over and above all expectations! Thank you so much!

New computer; fast processor. JUST in time to handle gaining access to apps and programs with greater capacity. All in one desk top by HP. And, I got it on sale!

Working from home means I need a reliable computer, able to handle multiple windows & tasks simultaneously and at top speed. This HP is a workhorse and I am very pleased with my purchase.

This HP computer has pleased the whole family young and old! It is easy to use and saves time as the speed is good and the screen has marvelous clarity, and the frame and keyboard are shiny white as well. I use the computer for work with good results and our two children love it as well. I researched this HP before the purchase and glad I did as it even surpassed my expectations.

This is a good low to mid range computer with Windows 11 and not a lot of bloatware. The setup process was pretty easy and didn't take too long. I would recommend for those who mostly do email, web surface and basic tasks.

I love my new hp with intel CORE, computer. considering that it is a bran new computer, everything is working well. it is easy to use. I am not a computer expert so I talk about the features. all I know is when I turn it on, everything I need to get my work done is available and it gets the work done.

I really like the facial recognition feature on the computer. It was very easy to set up. Saves a lot of space not having a tower

I love that the computer is in the monitor, no bulky tower. My old computer is so old that it didn't even have a camera or microphone. This new one has both. It also has a touch screen. I'm still learning my way around this new system. I'm sure I'll find plenty of features to love as I continue to investigate.

Not over new computer “blues”, but so far so good. Used built in camera for a zoom meeting yesterday and was very pleased. Much faster than the ancient computer it replaced.

Very simple to use and great quality. My wife had another touchscreen computer, with windows 10, that got too slow. This one is very fast, easy to use, I did set up in 10 minutes, and it works great. The camera has a nice resolution, the sound is great, and the screen responds fast to the touch. With windows 11, my wife finds it easier to use.

Enjoying our new HP all in one. Not only the product but the sales manager when above and beyond her work, she was Totaly brilliant in helping us , where as a young man on the floor was to quick to right us off as a me problem. Thank you .....

This is my second large purchase at Best Buy. Some years ago I bought a Gateway computer at Best Buy- Gainesville. I received such PERFECT SERVICE at that time, recently when I needed a new computer I once again went to Best Buy. I purchased two (2) HP computers the same day. Once again I received PERFECT SERVICE. The young rep/tech who helped me through my purchase, also sold me on buying Best Buy's service plan/contract. I have and will continue to recommend Best Buy to any and all people with whom I come into contact!

We bought this computer for my 79-year old mother and she LOVES it! It’s easy for her to use, and she absolutely ADORES the screen size of her monitor. I’d definitely buy another one again.

This is perfect for what we needed, not too fancy but very easy and fast. Easy to set up, we purchased a wireless mouse and keyboard. Plug and play! We didn’t want to pay for more than we wanted and this will be more than we will ever need. I love not having to stand on my head to deal with the tower.
