She loves that there are virtually no cords, no CPU, and touch screen is a plus. She likes the white over her old black PC. Set up was easy.

Bought for a family member who has limited desk space. Like the all in one features and the built in camera. So far the computer has worked as intended with no issues. Set up was straight forward and having an ethernet port was a plus for wired connectivity.

Bought this for my Mother-in-law to replace another all-in-one HP. So far, so good. Not too much bloatware. Speedy for MS Office, emails, and general surfing. Touch screen is a nice touch. :) Thank goodness they invented SSD. Those spinning platters are painful. That's one thing that won't comeback like albums.

I'm a computer tech and really like this computer. This is a really nice and fast all-in-one desktop. Touchscreen and wireless keyboard and mouse are nice features. It is also easily upgradeable if you want to add some memory or upgrade the SSD. I would recommend upgrading the memory to 16GB. The 512GB SSD is more than enough storage for the average user.
