Love My HP Computer! Easy to setup with the help of the Very Professional Help from the Geek Technicians. They were very knowledgeable, polite & Professional. I, would recommend the HP Computer, Geek Professionals & Best Buy to anyone who needs their Products & Professional Assistance.

This was a great investment replacing my 17 year old desk top. Best Buy did their best at transferring data from my old to new. Not really compatible so it will be a learning curve to learn the new one. So far a great replacement and a reasonable price for everything I got.

I’m using this computer mostly for zoom meetings. It works great for that. The only down side is that despite the larger screen it only displays 25 connections at a time on zoom.

The computer was fast enough and quiet, with good speaker sound. Much better sound than my current Lenovo laptop. The color was beautiful, great speakers. However, I returned this HP after using it lightly for 3 days. It kept disconnecting over and over from the wifi. Numerous times, in the dozens one day. Everything else in my house was on wifi (other devices) and my router is fine. I did everything that I possibly could do, made sure to uncheck the button allowing it to go to "sleep", update the driver, delete and reinstall the driver, etc. I spent hours trying to fix it. I liked the computer itself, but something was just wrong with the wifi card. I returned it in the grace period and kudos to Best Buy because that was hassle free. I have since ordered another HP all in one, different model from this one from one of the big box stores--will see how that goes.

This is a nice, basic computer, and very affordable. Perfect for a young student, or someone that's not a Windows power-user. No problems at all, a very nice computer. The mouse and keyboard are pretty basic, but you can get an after-market backlit one for 25 bux.

I love it. The best decision I made. The All-in- One is really easy to use. Much better than my laptop....

I’m very happy with my purchase. The price was great, curbside pickup, and easy set up. The computer is exactly what I needed for school, my business, and personal use. My only complaint is the at it’s loud, but not loud enough to really bother me.

Awesome computer, purchased this computer so that I could work from home and be able to install programs from company I was working for and it got the job done.

So far so good, I have only had it a few weeks. I like the keyboard is light to the touch. Tha screen has built-in blue light protection which is a plus. The fact that it is an all in one is definitely great.

This computer works well and meets my needs. It is nice to have the hidden camera, and it looks nice. Unfortunately it doesn't have the disk drive for playing or burning disks. Good buy.

This is great I now have 2 of them. But one has a cd drive and I think they Both are supposed to ? So I had to buy a remote cd drive that works on one of my USB ports this computer has 4 USB ports This computer is fast, no hard drive it uses an SSD chip that is much faster and no moving parts to wear out

So far, so great. I bought this for my aunt as a Christmas gift and she loves it. She is able to do her Zoom meetings from home now with the camera and speaker built in.

I am really enjoying this PC. It is just the right size. The display is great. Nice large screen. And just ONE wire! No bulky modem and wires going everywhere. YES PLEASE! I did have difficulty with the setup but once I got the Windows out of S mode everything went pretty smooth. The S mode really limits your options. Supposedly because of security but I don't really think that is the mitigating factor. Anyway I love my new PC. Video is great. Conferencing is easy.

I am loving my new computer. It is very easy to use. I am very challenged when it comes to these things and I was able to hook everything up alone

So happy with my purchase. This computer makes remote working so much easier. No more freezing and lagging. Set up was quick and easy.

Very nice upgrade from the previous all in one that we used before. Brilliant screen resolution. We did switch out the keyboard and mouse for wireless use.
