I am not very tech savvy, but I was able to set it up fairly easily. I wanted a desktop and not a laptop, so I went with this version. Very nice new computer

The product itself is great it's just at the hassle that I had of getting it I'll just give you a really brief description I ordered it online said that it will be here within two days it was an open box computer when the package arrived all that was in the box with the computer I did not receive a keyboard or a mouse or a power cord I chatted with someone online from Best Buy and they told me to go to the nearest store to return the computer and I did I was able to get another computer but I had to drive 40 miles to the store that had one available very very frustrating experience I also bought a bundle for Microsoft 360 and Tren antivirus with the computer but when I made the exchange that was cancelled and if I wanted those two items I had to pay more money for them but I was charged for those items which I did not receive

Beautiful lightweight all in one computer, and nice frosty white color. I wish more electronic machinery came in white and silver, e.g. DVD players

Love it so far. No issues, easy to set up and use. We joined the Geek Squad and they helped with a few technical things that I was not able to figure out.

My mom needed a desktop computer and this has been very user friendly for her. She's not big on technology but can navigate through this pretty okay

This is my 2nd all in one from Best Buy. The quality is great, the responsiveness of the touchscreen is amazing and overall the product looks great.

The computer was set up by the Geek Squad. I have kept my old computer to get programs like Carbonite transferred as it was not transferred.
