I wad very hesitant to purchase becsude people complained about the noise and mine i dont hear at all except a bit of a noise during the update. I also found it very easy to set up and i didnt read the directions.

Pros: I love how light it is! I can comfortably carry it from one room to another. And i have limited arm strength due to injury. The picture quality is great. Along with sound/camera. Con: The fan is very loud when it turns on. Which is random it seems.

The only issue is that when you throw some data heavy tasks at it, you can really hear the fans. But that is to be expected of a machine in this price range. Other than that, I love it!

Worset PC I've ever owned since 1988

If you just want an office PC to do word processing and spreadsheets, it's fine. Don't expect to watch or edit videos. Videos lag and freeze while the audio continues. Trying to increase video memory is impossible as the BIOS allows you make virtually no real changes. Even increasing the RAM to 96GB made no difference. The fan runs nearly constant. Good luck with customer service. This will absolutely be the very last HP computer I will ever buy.
