the camera stopped working for zoom and the microphone also stopped working

In order to do the initial setup you have to create and sign in with a microsoft acount which I don't think that's right, you should be able to have more options to do that. Also once in a while you hear the cooling fan running too loud for few minutes. I'm thinking about returning it and get a different brand.

Certified Excellent condition item. Came today.. it was so disgusting. The white mouse was black with filth and germs. The monitor smashed. Literally thrown into a shopping box three sizes too large and no protection. I don't even think that was the issue tho I think Best Buy got his out of the garbage and charged me $450 for it. I'm beyond mortified that a Best Buy employee would certify this and ship it to a customer. It came from KY to MI. I was told best buy was sorry and I can haul it up to a store and maybe they can help me.

I had to get a second one because the first wouldn't operate properly. After owning the second one about a month it now makes A LOT of noise. Sounds like it will not last long.

Do not buy computer stop powering on after 2 years. I bought the computer brand new. The box was never opened. Stopped working after 2 years.., I was truly disappointed. I rarely used the device..,

First all in one and got it on sale. Wish i'd purchased product protection because a month after warrantee was up I broke the screen. I had also installed BitDefender based on recommendation of a friend. 2nd mistake. BitDefender took over my computer and wouldn't let me log in. When i took the computer to Best Buy they couldn't even get in the computer because of BitDefender and it was going to cost $500 to fix the screen. Basically i have a 1 year old piece of crap i can't use. Bought a Dell, got protection plan and the crazy thing is, all my stuff from this computer got transferred to my new Dell. So i scrambled to get the bitdefender off and i haven't had any problems with the Dell.

I returned this item to the store because it had some parts missing and they never gave me the credit back to my card or account, I’m still paying for something that I don’t have, after calls and chasing the manager of the store they told me to get over it

We were happy until it wouldn't turn on. Took it in for repair, 3 months later, it wouldn't turn on. Best Buy and Geek Squad were amazing.

Very noisy fan which went from a low hum to high fan volume level if it was processing Email. We returned after a few days.

Very noisy. It has a constant buzzing sound that is disturbing.

The first few days, the computer worked fine. Now, it's very glitchy. Can't get some windows to open, and when I attempt to open a new tab, tab I opened days ago keeps repopulating. Luckily, I'm within the return window. Doubtful I will purchase an open-box item again.

The monitor developed a red line through it less than 2 months after purchase. HP support was terrible to deal with and I had to be without my computer for 8-10 days.

Garbage...After few months first cooling fan and later main bord issues. Save your hard earned money. DO NOTBUY!!

Open box return 1st computer was suppost to be inspected and certified in new working condition. Speakers didn't work had to scheduled an appointment for someone at store to inspect it again. Then had to pay more money to buy a new computer because they couldn't fix the problem

Less than 1 month after use, vertical lines start to appear on the screen. It started with 1 line after 2 weeks. Now, the screen has 3 vertical lines. Very annoying .

Missing 2 thumb drive for wireless mouse and keyboard. Best buy wants me to buy another as does HP.

This system is always problematic. Right from the day I bought it, it's always one failure to another.

6 months agter it got locked and had no form of fixing!!

The camera is not capable for Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
